Received a blanket that was advertised as 3D i received a flat blanket which is very poor quality and not worth the money asked i have asked to return it waiting for a reply

The delivery time was quick and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately the product wasn't for me and i got their gauranteed refund the next day. Amazing! Wishing this company all the best for the future

Most shopping has become better online but I hate that I have to go to different sites to find the best prices and then I have to deal with shipping deals with shipping delays and lengthy waits but with Gohomie all my products are there I can find the best prices in one places and the shipping is super fast.

Well my order never materialised even though mail stated delivered to my address. Certainly wasn’t the case as I was home all the time and nothing came to me by delivery driver to my a address .After my initial complaint I have been told I will get a refund with possibly a small charge for administrative work. Very annoying to be told incorrectly that item had been delivered .

My query was sorted very quickly . Julia was very helpful .

Excellent customer service. I got into a tangle with the website and did not check my order before I sent it. I managed to order 120 of an item when I only wanted 10. I immediately emailed to explain and straight away had a reply to say that the order had been cancelled and the cost refunded to Paypal. It has arrived today, only 2 days later. Many thanks to the service team for their care and efficiency.

I made a right ricket when ordering the supports! Julia was very understanding and the money was refunded promptly.

I decided to return the items as they weren’t what I expected. They were much smaller and unstable for my use.
Instead of returning they refunded my money which was so much appreciated.

Scam company. Totally different product turned up and my son could have easily choked on what they sent. Dangerous do not buy!!!

Emailed multiple times for shipping update but no response after 5 days

Scammed. Ordered a toy paid £40 never arrived. Contacted bank for a refund.

This company is not reputable, I think I have been scammed, ordered item, cancelled within the 2days, so it hadn’t shipped, they take your money but don’t respond to you, I’ve had no correspondence from them at all, no order confirmation, just nothing, they shouldn’t be trading, not a proper company!!! Still trying to get my money back!!!

Scam company, they take your money and don't deliver and don't response either. Had to do section 75 to get my money back.

Ordered Herbal diffuser 16 piece only recieved 4 piece..... if I only wanted 4..
I would have ordered them off Amazon it would have been far less expensive

Its a scam ordered a toy robot dog for 10 pounds with 5 pounds shipping and wgmhat i got is completely different a small cheap toy worth 1 pound dosent look at all as the advertised one
