Never received package and bad customer service

They never sent emails to confirm delivery and weeks later I notice the package marked as delivered on their tracking website but I never received the package. Couldn't even start a search ticket by the delivery companies because it's been too long. Customer service wasn't accommodating at all. While my experience with other nail polish companies they would offer coupons or refunds for broken or lost bottles, fun lacquer did nothing.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. The prices are reducules And the bottles have weakness in the top part of the bottle. Iv sent them pictures and order number but they really dont care. Many of the nail polish bottles have broken straight off and the laquer has spilled all over the place.
When this happened whit another brand, they sent me a replacement for all the broken bottles straight away.
I have spent thousands of dollars whit fun lacquer. And it shouldnt Even be necessary to argue about this.
