I bought a few contact lenses and they were deliered on time and as expected. Really happy with my purchase. Also, sent them an email with a query and got a prompt reply. great!

I’m not giving 5 stars only because I think your website’s email notification system needs to be improved, so customers don’t have to wonder what’s happening with their order.
Best of luck to you guys — I’ll be ordering again soon!
I've placed an order with Funkylenses.com two days ago and have not received any order confirmation or shipping confirmation. I contacted customer support yesterday regarding this issue but have not received a response.
I paid for expedited shipping because we have a filming location already booked and urgently need the lenses by tomorrow. At this point, I’m very concerned about whether the order will arrive as promised and about the potential financial loss this situation could cause.
I really hope the lenses are delivered tomorrow as expected, but I urgently need someone from the company to contact me by email as soon as possible to clarify the status of my order.

Don't order from them
Had a terrible experience with this company, probably scammers as they don't reply to emails at all or offer refunds! They promise shipping parcels within 2-3 days but there's no email notification of parcels being dispatched. After a month I chased to where was my parcel. They told me they had shipped it and it was received, they left it outside my house, unattended, no one rang the bell, no slips left inside the house, NOTHING. No notification that arrived, most likely stolen, this is, IF they're telling the truth. So clearly this is all my fault and this is enough for them not to give me a refund. 0 customer service skills.
