Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible, by far the worst company I’ve ordered from.

Ordered a Funko pop yourself as a Christmas gift in the middle of November. Got a tracking number and it arrived 1-2 weeks later with a missing accessory. Sent a support ticket asking about why the item was missing, no answer for a week. Created another one and got a reply several days later asking for photos and all the information. On Dec 11 the support said they would den the accessory asap. Now it’s Jan 21 and still no accessory. Asked for a tracking number, no reply.
Created another ticket and got a reply that accessories are handled by a separate department and that they will start sending those in February with regular post (most likely no tracking).

This funny thing was added at the end of the email:
” Rest assured, all valid replacement requests will be fulfilled as soon as possible. There is no need to contact us again unless your details have changed or you have additional information to provide.” So pretty much asking not to write to them asking about whether the product YOU’VE PAID FOR SEVERAL MONTHS AGO has been shipped or not.

Ordered 2 items on 26th November 2025. 1 item received within a week the other still today showing as not yet shipped. Have reached out 3 times and took over a month th to get a response asking me for evidence of what I have received. Screenshot the info on my account showing item not yet shipped and yet again 2 weeks later no reply. Absolute joke of a customer service department

No refund for missing items on personalized order - BEL20302356

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Funko Europe regarding my order for personalized Funko Pops. I have been trying to get a refund for two missing accessory packs since November 7th.

After multiple emails, they finally asked for photos on December 25th, which I sent immediately. Since then, I have sent several follow-up emails (on January 5th and January 19th), but I have received no response at all.

It has been over two months, I followed all their instructions, and I still don't have my money back for the missing parts of my custom order. This is unacceptable. Please resolve order BEL20302356 and refund my money immediately.

Awful company

Awful company, placed an order 7 weeks ago for a personalised Funko pop for my little girls birthday. It arrived all wrong, so I got straight in touch with them via the website. Since then I’ve had to get in touch in multiple channels to try and have the order resolved but I’ve had no one get back to me. Never an agent available on chat either. Complete waste of £60

I bought the customised Funko Pop as a…

I bought the customised Funko Pop as a gift. The quality is absolutely terrible. I'm almost embarrassed to give this as a gift. Not to mention that it's also relatively expensive. The order didn't arrive in full and I haven't received any notification as to whether the rest will be sent. I might as well have thrown the money into the fire, which would have been just as practical and much more enjoyable.

Same as all the others here. ordered a double funko and a single funko all custom in nov. the double did arrive but single hasnt. multiple emails later and still not had a response. buyer beware!

Bad customer service and missing items

Ordered items in November thinking it was plenty of time. After 6 weeks of emails back and forth with customer services it luckily arrived the week before Christmas after the first order went missing and the second order arrived missing a display case and accessory pack was told they couldn't help me unless i managed to take a picture of the missing which is fairly hard to do but for some reason customer services couldn't understand. I beg everyone don't give this company any business

This company are stealing!!!

Trading standards are bound to read these negative reviews at some point and realise this company is stealing money of many customers, absolute disgrace of a company that don't respond to to any complaints about missing items, still no items and still no reply on any emails, con artists and still taking orders for items that they are never gonna send. Jail time for these crooks by the looks of the reviews they are operating a con and making a fortune!!!

Do not spend any money with these scam artists!!!

I would give minus stars if i could

I would give minus stars if i could. Seriously avoid, makes no sense to say this but get your Pops from reseller shops that can be trusted. Eg. Menkind i ordered 4 pops from funko and 2 from menkind on the same day and received the 2 within 2 days. I paid £9 express shipping which states 2 working days on funko website. I ordered 12.30pm 13/01/2026 had good news your order will be on its way with tracking details 15/01/2026 saying delivery is for 16/01/2026 DHL have stated they have only recieved shipping request not the goods. No communication whatsoever back from funko.

A missing pop and still no solution a month later

In December, I ordered 9 Funko Pop figures from their website. I received a first package containing 3 figures, although according to the website these had not yet been marked as shipped. I therefore contacted customer service for the first time.

The following day, I received 5 additional figures, which this time were marked as shipped on the website. As one figure was still missing, I contacted customer service again to ask when it would arrive, using the chatbot that opens a customer service ticket. At no point was I told to take photos of the packages. Moreover, since the order confirmation email stated that the order could be delivered in multiple packages, I was not particularly concerned at the time.
Fifteen days later, I received an email asking for photos. I explained the situation, and since then, I have not received any further response.
As of today, January 16, I still have not received the missing figure and I am still waiting for a response from customer service.

AVOID

Adding my name to the list of people who these guys don't care about. Ordered at the end of December as a Christmas present. They didn't respond to 3 emails before Christmas and have ignored another 2 in January. So about 6 weeks now with no sign of what I paid for.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered a personalised pop beginning of December for a christmas present. Received an email Dec 15th saying Evri were waiting for package. Then an email to say will be delivered Dec 26th.
Never received anything and tried to contact several times. Someone finally responded this week and said it must be lost in transit. Said I can either reorder or have a refund.
I replied and said I would have a reorder. Then today I received an email to say there was no stock left so they issued a refund. There wasn't even any apology.
A very frustrating process overall and left with no present!

Items not shipped

Ordered a few items, only dispatched some of them and my account still shows the remaining as not shipped but funko will not acknowledge this as others show as delivered. They only use 1 tracking number which doesn’t help. No matter how many times I say my account shows you haven’t even shipped them yet they keep asking me to provide proof of item not delivered, what?! They then ignore messages and never reply. These are impossible to contact. Seems same issue with lots of people, don’t know how they are getting away with it!

Missing items and no communication

Horrific experience so far. Won't drag this out as no need, but I ordered 10 items from Funko last week. Firstly they charged me for 10. Secondly they only dispatched 8. Thirdly they only delivered 4 and marked 8 as delivered. I want to know how Funko believe this is acceptable. A shambles of a service.

Better yet. It's impossible to get hold of anyone. The chat bot says it will transfer you to an agent and nothing happens after 30 minutes. No one replies to tickets or cases you create and when you email them it says their inbox is full...

Funko, how is this acceptable and how do you run a business this way? Please contact me urgently.

So dissapointed with this company and…

So dissapointed with this company and there customer service! Sent wrong custom order 5 weeks before christmas was told will be sent replacement. Emailed after 3 weeks hadnt received replacement so emailed again. Was told it had been sent was i telling lies?? Absolutely not!! Its now been 2 months and still no replacement. So dissapointed,absolutely disgusting customer service. Do not order from this company!!

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I originally ordered an Astrobot GOTY in December 2024. Due to be delivered in June 2024. Fast forward to November 2024 and the item is finally dispatched. It’s now January 2026 and I still haven’t received it. I have been emailing the support address and all I get is the same questions over and over again. I’m still no further along with my order placed over a year ago!

How are they getting away with this?!

Beyond shocked a company so well known is scamming people. Ordered back in October and despite email after email sent chasing not one person has even bothered to reply! Spent almost £50 to never receive my order almost 3 months later. Now having to claim back with my bank. Will no longer be a collector after this experience! If I could give minus stars I would!

Never again

Never again! Orderd a customised Funko in November as a Christmas gift.
Apparently it was shipped, but tracking was never updated.
Contacted customer service twice in last 2 weeks - no reply.
