No Delivery and No Customer Service

If I could give it zero stars I would

Ordered pop yourself on 14th November and got a email on 15th saying dispatched and due on the 24th. It never came and Funko keep saying it’s with carrier

Got on to carrier and they proved that Funko never handed it over

Raised two tickets and they won’t respond any more

Funko Europe scammed me and stole my money

If I could leave 0 stars I would, spent £9 express shipping; took ages to "dispatch", customer service is awful and nearly 4 weeks later still no parcel. No contact made my customer service after several messages. Disgusting, dont bother

Astrobot special edition ordered in…

Astrobot special edition ordered in December 24. Still not dispatched. June was told it was delayed and have since contacted Funko and emailed their parent company. They chased the company for me but they responded by saying things were on track for the latest shipment date of November. Surprise surprise have received nothing on 1 December. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company, and well over one thousand pound on Funko via other sellers. This company doesn’t respect loyalty and their customers.

Never order from Funko Pop

Ordered a pop! yourself figure on the 23 of October. It was allegedly sent 5 days after. But after a month there was no update on the tracking number, and I contacted DHL who said the order was never sent. Spent DAYS trying to reach Funko, but I only got replied to after writing a comment on their Instagram. But after that I was completely ghosted and the issue was not resolved… spent $66 on this shit and now I do not have a gift for my father’s 50th birthday. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. No wonder they are going bankrupt and probably closing down soon.

Yet another exclusive day shambles!

Krang (3500) sold out in less than 10-seconds

Sketched Superman, as soon as it went live the next screen said sold out, in under 1-second! - Not humanly possible.

With more drops today, this is going to be a long and tideous monumental waste of time, very much like blackligh Mumm-ra that just vanished off their site.

Funko, you must do more to combat bots or continue to receive negative reviews.

Horrendous

Horrendous. Spent a lot of money on a pop yourself and the quality is shocking, box looks like it’s been kicked across the floor and stickers have hair underneath them. Have emailed customer service twice with no reply! No way to talk to a human. Avoid!!

ordered august 11th

ordered august 11th. Parcel was never delivered to the shipping company. reached out several times. Got very short avoiding answers until last one finally asked for the order number. Order was then removed from the tracking, and yet again they ghosted me. Money has never been returned.
Got totally scammed. Used to have good experiences with this company, but will never trust them again.

Wish I'd read here first!

Ordered a funk yourself that (after reading here) was surprisingly delivered in good time.
Unfortunately it was delivered in a broken box (paid extra for the plastic box to showcase it) and covered in scratches that made the face look dirty.
I contacted and was told a new one would be sent which was greatly appreciated.
Unfortunately I've heard nothing since. No contact, no replacement, nothing.
I'm now left with a scruffy broken funko to gift!

They take money and you will not get item.

Ordered beginning of November, delivery 3 to 5 says. It has now been 3 weeks and no order. Tracking shows it's been in transit from merseyside since 13th November. Customer service a joke, after I contacted them I was offered 15% of next order and asked to review item !
They refused to resend or refund me.
Avoid as they are effectively stealing your money.

* Update, After being ignored I contacted the shipping company who confirmed that funko were told 2 weeks ago that my order was lost in transit. So funko lied to me and should have sent a new order to me or refunded.

Do not use this company, they steal your money.

Ordered on the 14th spent over £100 and ordered an advent calender. Messaged after hearing nothing and the next day they refunded my order?? Still no reply to any emails. Son is a massive fan but won't be ordering from here again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FUNKO

I ordered a Pop Yourself Funko on 20th October - initial order said about a 7 day delivery time. Over a month later, still waiting. The tracking number says that the order is sitting in a warehouse in Coventry (???) and has been there since 11th November. Like other reviewers on here (I wish I'd read them before I ordered), I cannot get hold of anyone in customer support. I've 'spoken' with the chatbot 3 times and raised tickets where there is the promise that someone will be in touch, but no. I will now be taking steps to get the money back via my credit card. Really annoyed at this as it was meant to be a gift. They're still taking orders and saying 14 days for delivery! Do not believe this and do not order.

Order fulfilled, never shipped

I've bought 2 Funko pop yourself as a gift, on November 3rd, 2025. Status changed to fulfilled and handed over to DHL express on November 9th. A few days passed.
On Nov 20th, tried to contact support because the tracking said: waiting for pickup. There's no way to contact them apart from a chatbot. It opened a support ticket for me. Saying "...if your items has no movement for 5 days, contact us...", that's what I did, again, and again, and nothing. Zero support, they even hide comments on social media from people alerting others about the problems.
And yet, they continue selling like everything was fine on their end. I'd avoid at all cost, at this point I just feel like I've lost 100 euros.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I ordered 2 pop yourself for my children for Christmas on 3rd November. Said they would be delivered on Sat 22nd so I changed plans to make sure I was around. They didn't turn up so I emailed them and amazon for an update.

Amazon got back to me straight away albeit they said it was down to Funko. I never heard back from Funko. The have just been delivered this morning, no update or email to say they were on their way.

They have sent 2 random funko's, not the pop yourself I ordered. £80 down and not happy!

If I don't hear from them, I will be getting a charge back from my credit card. Absolutely socking company to deal with!

My first experience buying from Funko…

My first experience buying from Funko Europe and it’s not a good one, made an order on the 11/11/25 it is now the 24/11/25 when leaving this review and I haven’t received any information on my order, on my Funko account you can click and see the status of your order mine said not yet shipped I contacted Funkos customer support 5x and I got the same response each time after waiting a week that was an ai generated message, they don’t help you at all whatsoever which is appalling since this is the main website, I genuinely would not order from this website which all the other reviews would tell you the same

Do no order from this terrible company waiting over 1 month now just keep getting fobbed of saying your shipment is awaiting pick up for over 3 weeks i even paid extra for delivery so if your ordering for xmas dont bother you will not receive
