A wonderful lender. We came to the end of our Bridge with Funding 365 and Fraser was just as helpful and kind as he was on day one. We had a number of hurdles along the way and Fraser and Paul did everything to assist. I would highly recommend funding 365.

Recently I have completed on a bullet bridging loan on vacant Grade II listed commercial building with Funding365. Allegra and Joel's service were excellent from inception to the completion. I look forward to working together again in due course.

The level of service is fantastic and the knowledge and experience comes through and makes each process an easy and stress free application. The underwriter that I normally deal with is Louis, who is very professional and approachable and certainly goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services.

We submitted a bridge with Funding 365 as we required a speedy turn around with specialists who understand the complexity, We were working closely with Ollie and his team and they have been fantastic. We had delay on the client side and Ollie was brilliant and supportive throughout. A very happy client and we would for sure use Funding 365 again and hope we work with Ollie again!

Arranged a part complete development finance with Funding365. As well as the development being part-complete the properties were of non-standard construction. They were happy to lend on a competitive rate despite this.

The team at Funding 365 was excellent, specifically Katie. This was a complex loan, and Funding 365 had the flexibility to structure it according to the borrower's requirements. As a broker, it's reassuring to know that your underwriter is on top of everything and responsive. Their lawyers are also extremely effective, making for a swift completion.
