After paying for accounts it was often hard to get the accounts in email same with phases could be weeks to a month. Then came funded got funded took a few weeks to get accounts. Then came to pay out suppose to be within 24 hours. Nothing contacted support nothing. Weeks go by nothing. I asked multiple times. Then they made some wild claims about payout 3 weeks into waiting for payout saying someone a day before said my payout was going to them. So after waiting 3 weeks they all of a sudden come up with some crazy nonsense that has no bearing on anything. They would not elaborate and have since stopped responding to any messages. As usual. This company is nothing more then a scam. Take your money during phases. When it comes to support or payouts it’s all fake. Even if this company is somehow real their customer service is so bad it comes off as an absolute scam.

Company does not payout. Bans you from support chat for asking for updates. Customer service email never responds. Takes weeks to get an account. Scam company.

My experience with fundexfx was quite negative. During the funding trials, they allowed me to trade with my own style, but when I tried to withdraw funds from the funded account, I faced unexplained restrictions and delays.

Customer support is very slow; on multiple occasions, I had to repeatedly ask for my credentials, and each inquiry resulted in “time out” or delayed responses. Additionally, I purchased a promotion that promised daily payouts, which were never honored.

I found inconsistencies between what is allowed during the trial and what happens when trading with the funded account. If my strategy had been grid trading from the first stage, my account would likely have been blocked or flagged for rule violations, but in my case, there was no clarity or consistency.

In summary: poor support, unjustified delays, and unfulfilled promises, creating a frustrating experience for anyone looking to fund their account.

I bought a coupon like the one that is currently there, which says that payment is daily, which they did not apply, and I was even afraid to ask on Discord because they would ban you.

One of the worst firms I came across with. Passed challenge and made profit. When trying to request for profit, I found out that dashboard is not showing the funded account. When asked to support, I found out that some random guy on discord has complained about trading signals on 13th Jan. I requested the support on 2nd Feb,2025 related the issue and it has been already more than a week yet no update. Further, what are they doing since 13th Jan on that. Why am I not communicated. Further, why not sharing any proofs on that. This is a total fake firm. I can't trust these guys. Any issue, and the support is non existant. For any breaches, they are superfast but when request on payout, they will give you these random reasons just to deny your payout. Now they have even blocked me from discord server when raised this issue in the open forum. Their rules seems simple and they have a lot of payout certificates. I don't even know if they are real or fake as with so much payouts they should have been praised more than industry leaders like fundingpips or fundednext. Be careful trading with this firm

Littrelly today i requested my 4th payout and you guyz know i recived my last payout yesterday i got a option for everyday withdraw.I am full time gold trader and what a gold trader need? good spreads litrelly you guyz get the lowest spread in the whole industry.The best Propfirm i am working on litrelly the speed of payouts i get my payouts in less then 12 hours.Passing a account you got your funded in some hours if you are finding a propfirm For you to work on After using alot of propfirms trust me you guyz need to use fundexfx and then you feel everything like this is your personal account.Just dont breach any rule made profits and simply click on payout and you will get it
