They know they’re wrong and still keep your money
I’ve used other prop firms before, and even when a payout was refused, they at least had a valid reason. This time I have proof I’m right, support admitted it, and they still refused to help.
I bought a FundedNext Futures account. FundedNext assigned me Tradovate, I didn’t choose it. When I tried to log in, I was blocked because Tradovate does not accept traders from my country. My country is not on FundedNext’s restricted country list, and nothing at checkout warned me.
Support confirmed in writing that the problem was not on my side, but refused a refund, refused to escalate the ticket, and refused to switch me to another account. Their only solution was to buy a paid VPN to get around the restriction. NinjaTrader, which owns Tradovate, confirmed to me in writing that the restriction on my country is due to rules and regulations.
So I paid for an account I can’t use, and the only option offered is to pay even more for a VPN to work around a regulatory block. If you’re outside the main countries, check that Tradovate accepts your country before buying, because FundedNext won’t refund you if it doesn’t.
Payment is good

Fundednext forfeit 70% of the profits you make and deduct the profits so you can't withdraw profits as performance reward. Very bad platform.

Unjust Termination Due to Severe…
Unjust Termination Due to Severe Dashboard Sync Bug - Refusing to Audit Tradovate Logs - 2 $100K Funded Accounts with +8K BALANCE Wrongly Terminated
I am writing this review to warn other futures traders about a critical technical flaw in FundedNext’s backend tracking database that can cost you your funded accounts, even when you follow every single rule perfectly.
I had two $100K Funded Futures accounts, both performing exceptionally well and sitting on over $8,000 in open prfit, both accounts were terminated for an alleged "Reverse Hedging" violation. FundedNext compliance claims that a trade listing a -$1,425.76 loss on one account was hedged against a position on my second account.
However, FundedNext’s own client dashboard provides irrefutable mathematical proof that their database suffered a severe API desynchronization lag spike:
• The Itemized Trades Ledger: If you manually add up the 6 individual trade rows logged for that day, the total equals a deep loss of -$1,415.32.
• The Master Dashboard Calculation: Right at the top of that exact same screen, FundedNext's master metric tracking reads: Total P&L: +$378.66.
It is a mathematical impossibility to finish a trading day with a positive net profit if a $1,425 loss was genuine.
The reality is that I manually closed that specific trade early on my terminal in true profit, which is why my live account equity properly calculated a positive daily total. Only AFTER that trade was fully closed did I chronologically open a position on my second account.
However, FundedNext’s API bridge to Tradovate suffered a severe connection lag spike. Their database failed to register my manual liquidation instantly and generated a delayed "ghost" losing ticket of -$1,425.76 after the fact. Their automated risk script used this lagged, artificial data to trigger a false-positive cross-account overlap flag.
When I reached out to support, Rosie Dunn from the compliance team issued a generic, canned denial stating the decision is "final and irreversible." They completely acknowledged the mathematical contradiction on my screen but flatly refused to look deeper.
If a prop firm's client interface explicitly proves a data conflict, they have a contractual obligation to audit the raw underlying Tradovate Millisecond Server Execution Logs to check the actual clearing timestamps. Refusing to check the broker gateway logs while pocketing a trader's hard-earned $8,000 profit allocation due to an internal software glitch is entirely unacceptable.
I am demanding that a senior technical manager override this automated error, pull the Tradovate log files, and reinstate my accounts immediately.
Best ever from my experience
