I saw an add for buy 1 get 1 free…

I saw an add for buy 1 get 1 free account plus 50% off with no activation fee!! sounded great, but i've been mislead before by another prop firm so i gave at least a tiny bit of effort into this digging: on the website where u buy their account they clearly state: $100 reset fee, 40% consistency, and 3minis (30 micros) for max contracts. So, i went to the leave a message icon and i was going to ask a questioin but i see a list of choices so i clicked min trading days and consistency and after i did i got a video that says the max contracts are scaled in! you can only start with 1 contract and once u do you have to make a certain profit before you can use 2 contracts . etc. that was a Big red flag to not trust this company!! and i even see some other BS stuff which i didnt even bother checking into as i already am running from this company!! the other things were min of 15 days and an express option something about 15% per day max ...nightmare alley..ck into this if you're thinking of going with them!!

Best prop firm in the industry

This prop first and foremost has the BEST customer service in the industry. The quickness you get support, the understanding they have with how these things work... it is truly a breath of fresh air. On top of having incredible deals for accounts I can't think of a prop that comes even close to them.

I would recommend them to anyone trying to get into the space of trading. I have dealt with them for about 3.5 months now, I've been trading for 4 and as a person who has messed things up being a noobie, they have explained exactly what I did, and how to avoid it in the future and swiftly. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Slow payout process

Good platform, good customer service, cheap resets but the payout process is really slow.
2 weeks now and still waiting.
In the meantime you cannot trade the account ...

FFN pays, just be patience

Been trading with FFN for 4 months+. My first payout took 8 days to hit my bank from the date of requesting payout, and second payout took 12 days. Took a while but nevertheless they pay. FFN has one of the most affordable deals in the futures prop firm space, would recommend this prop firm.

It really saddens me to have to write…

It really saddens me to have to write this review, because I have always been a fan of FFN and have always encouraged traders to stick with FFN, because they were one of the few good guys in the business. Their rules were always fair, their customer service was always top-notch, and the opportunity that they provided for their traders was unmatched anywhere.

However, things have been changing at FFN for awhile. It started out with payouts taking 2 weeks or more to get processed after they were supposedly targeted by scammers that stole $1 million from them through fraudulent practices and gaming the system. Obviously, no trader wants to have to wait 2 weeks or more to trade accounts and get paid, but at least it seemed that they were transparent and trying to still be fair and prevent it from happening again. But, they have changed their rules, and now include a rule that is extremely predatory and so I can no longer recommend this company again until such predatory rules and behaviors are reversed. They apparently launched a new rule in which if you have even one day of trading with 30% of the trades at less than 5 seconds, you get flagged with HFT and you lose all payouts and the accounts. Other firms that are genunenly interested in HFT make it over a payout period or something of that nature to be fair. But, a single day where there is high volatility and you have 10 trades, 7 of which were longer than 5 seconds, and only 3 that were not because of volatility, and they now will deny payouts and close your accounts. Yes it is a rule that apparently they do have listed, but it is so predatory in nature, that it changes my entire perspective on FFN, and traders should trade with them at their own risk.

A firm that has such rules I can not support, and I advise traders to avoid. It is truly sad, because they were one of the only good firms that I had felt comfortable recommending.

Banned for HFT on a -$2 trade

I have multiple funded accounts with FFN and the experience was fine until recently. But I'm now in a situation I can't leave without a public review.
My payout was denied and my account closed for an alleged HFT (high-frequency trading) violation. The trade in question: 1 single trade, 2 seconds, -$2, on a day where I placed 19 trades building positions progressively. My Rithmic data is crystal clear and shows absolutely nothing resembling HFT at any point.
As a reminder, high-frequency trading refers to algorithmic systems placing thousands of orders per second with microsecond latency. That's infrastructure-level trading, not a retail trader on Bookmap. The admin of our trading community, who has been following this case, fully agrees with this analysis.
What makes this worse:

FFN retroactively reversed a trading day that had already been validated and paid over a month ago
No prior warning, no chance to correct anything
Support has gone completely silent — my emails have received no response, which is why I'm writing here, hoping this reaches an actual human being and opens the door to a real conversation
I was banned from the FFN Discord after raising my situation publicly

I want to be clear: I genuinely love this prop firm. My goal is not to trash FFN — I want to keep trading with them. But this issue needs to be resolved, and right now, a public review is the only channel that seems to get a response.
I remain open to resolving this dispute and genuinely hope FFN will take the time to review the Rithmic data objectively, which clearly proves my good faith. But as it stands, I cannot recommend this prop firm to anyone consistently pulling payouts.

Good costumer service/ long payouts rDelay

Good costumer service. Fast and reliable support from the admin support and customer service team.
The only problem its the payout process that it takes more than a week long for them to approve it and send it. They send you that a specialist will work on it, but will not give you any updates or send it. Good company is you willing to wait a long time for them to send you your payout.

one of the Worst HFT rules in the space…

one of the Worst HFT rules in the space they have a no day with more than 30% of trades < 5 second rule on both sim and live. And of course its only tracked once you submit a payout. I had 2 trades flagged 1 day trading 1 trade and the other day with 2 trades. overall < 30 trades in 3 weeks I submit a payout request and at the end of the day i goto check my account and i see the we all make mistakes message literally no notification from them i contact them thinking this was a mistake and they reply with a no appeals message.

Be warned also with their payout delays where your blocked from trading Ive seen people that have been waiting weeks to get paid still waiting

They will never pay you out profits

They will never pay you out profits. I reached the profit target on 2 accounts and went back and forth on email with them to get it until they eventually just decided to delete my accounts. They cited failed "verification" and when that couldn't be proven came up with "hedging" violation which they said trading metals and equities at the same time will disqualify a user from any payout lol.

Multiple members in their discord complain about not receiving payouts and their comments are deleted by the mods and eventually users are blocked from posting the truth. They were recently banned from stripe due to too many users reporting them for fraud and had to come up with their own payment platform so they can continue scamming traders for eval fees.

Be Aware! Scammers Alert!

Be Aware! This company overcharge for the accounts, don't want to refund money back, if you filed a dispute with your Credit Card for the overcharge, they cancelled your active accounts. Don't trust FFN.

Top Tier

Aside from the super helpful customer service Javier has provided, I've heard nothing but good things from my co-workers and friends about their experience with FFN. I'm an avid prop trader and can say FFN is high on my list of reliable props in the space. Highly recommend.

REFUSED PAYOUTS, ACCOUNTS SHUTDOWN

After spending hundreds of dollars on evals and finally getting to withdrawal on funded accounts all were refused payout and shut down immediately. They blamed ID verification (another made up reason to refuse payouts and shut down accounts of profitable traders). You can read in the firms discord of multiple users who have been waiting for months to receive payout and never get it. Their comments eventually get deleted by admins. STAY AWAY if you don't want to be scammed!

Payout time

Payouts take way too long, support barely helps, I've been waiting on a payout for the past 2 weeks, I havent been able to trade, that's time that I'm not making money. Just disappointed with the payout process and the 24 business hours that I've been lied about. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.

Their support team is great

Their support team is great. Tony was very patient and gave me peace of mind by explaining that as long as the accounts are active in the dashboard, everything is fine.

I was a bit worried about the accounts being flagged for not closing trades by XX:45, but the positions were closed automatically, so that helped clarify things.

I was also trying to use the RTrader web app, which was quite frustrating to work with. Tony recommended using the desktop/mobile app instead of the browser version, and that made a huge difference.
