Overpromise And Under Deliver, Somewhat Poor Communication
There was a lapse in communication during the funding process that lasted over a week. When it was resolved by management, it was done so at a time where finishing the application for one of the credit cards we were applying for ran out. I actively engaged and overcommunicated to make sure I was upholding my end of the agreement to ensure funding went smoothly. Unfortunately, I don't feel like that was reciprocated for the most part. Hopefully, the next round of funding goes better.
