SCAM

SCAM. Item received nothing like advertised. £14 to return to China. Not fit for purpose. Ordered real item from ebay from a reputable company at a fraction of the price. Do not buy from this company.

I have Peripheral Neuropathy in my toes…

I have Peripheral Neuropathy in my toes ( following Chemo) and was told that there was nothing outvthere to help me deal with the effects of the Neuropathy. Gave the socks a try, and immediately found that the effects of my Neuropathy were less allowing me to have better days and noticeably better nights.
Recommend you try these amazing socks - you'll be impressed

Functional Socks a life saver

My wife has been having severe shooting pains (like electric shocks) in her left foot for about 6 weeks. It has also been red, swollen and tender to the touch. I bought her the Functional socks which she has now been wearing for about 2 weeks. Slowly, but surely, her foot is now showing signs of recovery, and she is over the moon at the difference she feels. We have told all of our friends who also have feet problems.

Only buy if you're willing to ship any returns to China!!!!

I would have given a lower rating if I could. I placed the order and instantly wished to cancel, so I emailed the customer service straight away, conveniently I didn't hear from them until after the parcel had been shipped. At that point of course it was too late and if you ask for a refund they give you two options, 25% refund or return to an address in China where they know most people will not opt for because shipping is costly. Stay well away I do NOT recommend this company at all!!!!.

Claim to be UK company but aren't

Claim to be UK company with product originating in a UK hospital. But each advert shows different hospital! Orders supposedly from UK source but actually on long delivery from China. Problems and you have to return to Chine NOT their UK "address"! Cost of even small package to China is high and not worth it, especially if you do not then get a refund. The neuropathy socks are nothing special, just elastic socks. So, if you need support ankle socks, go elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY KNEE MASSAGER/ RETURNS ADDRESS CHINA

Bought knee massager for £52. Really happy to start with but stopped working after a month. when I complained another one was sent immediately. Second massager lasted a little longer but same problem developed after 3 months. I contacted company and said this product was not fit for purpose and robust enough for daily use. Had a response immediately with a couple of options as another review says but did not realise return address was in China.

Brilliant producthis product has helped me much more…

This product has helped me much more than any other, including medication. If I had one small issue it would be having no coverage of my toes. Is it possible to create a sock with a wide/loose toe area to allow the blood to flow? For me it would be the ultimate solution especially as we head towards winter.

Sceptic turned into supporter

I was sceptical at first, but suffering pain in my right heel aptly described by a friend as like walking barefoot on broken glass, I thought nothing ventured, nothing gained, and splashed out. Whilst it has taken a little more than two weeks, the pain has now more or less gone, so I can recommend the product.

No Contact

I ordered a pair of socks for just over £20, but received no confirmation email. I have chased via their contact form on the website, and they still haven't got back to me....

Don't buy!

Purchased and wore them but they made no difference at all. I'm not convinced they are socks for plantar fasciitis at all. Just some cheap import from china.Shipped from a warehouse in Leicestershire but they want you to return to china.... the returns form is weird and starts we are not some crappy company trying to scam people of money. Don't waste your money!

Wish I had never used them

This company have messed me around for the last two weeks. They’ve took my money and not sent me my order. They reply to emails making sure they avoid answering all your questions. They’re now saying the order has been delivered which it hasn’t. Every option has been checked. I’m not even sure the tracking link they sent me is legitimate. I wish I’d paid more attention to the other negative reviews I’ve seen
