I ordered over a year ago. Nothing came but my money was taken off my card. Need I say more

You showed photos of something I never got! Completely different and CHEAP!
I am so upset and you wouldn't refund my money - more $$ than I usually pay! I will tell everyone about this company! HORRIBLE!!!!

The choice was broad, with many intersting products, and nice pictures and valuable size-tables. The process to order is simple and easy-going. What would have been perfect though would be to see images from front and back, and, especially in the long coats, a clear statement whether there are zippers or buttons or not. Also the material is not stated everywhere.

This company is a scam. Reverse your transactions on your credit card. Contact the FTC and attorney general.

What they send is completely different from their pictures. Do not buy from this business. You'll regret it. What they send is complete trash. It's just an image printed on a shirt.

Funbibi photography of their goods are NOT, I repeat NOT what you receive. Ordered a boho dress with appliqued flowers and embroidery, and got a dress one size on top ,and another on bottom, that was nothing but a poorly PAINTED piece of crap, even the material itself. They got my 48.00 but I didn't even bother to try to return it. LIVE and learn, what you think you see, is certainly not what you get from them.

The size chart on the website is for thin Asian bodies. I ordered a M, based upon the chest size listed, but it is just wrong. I contacted support, within minutes of placing my order and receiving my confirmation to change the size to L. Support said, don't cancel the order, we will change the size to L. They didn't. After waiting weeks for receipt of the sweater, they sent me an M. And it is small. They will not return my emails now.

You had the product I was looking for and accept more pay options than PayPal.

Ordered “95% cotton” shirts.
Received 100% nylon shirts.
Complained right away and it’s been the run-around ever since.

At every stage, it’s “please understand that our customer service process is long and cumbersome…”

My product was shipped from California, yet they want me to pay for expensive return shipping to China. All to make good on a shirt that was not at all what was described. Should be a 100% refund.

Instead of the cumbersome return process, they offered a 20% discount coupon on a future purchase. When I decline that, it became a 30% discount on a future purchase. Um, no.

They freely admit that the shirts are not made of cotton as described on the product page, and they promise to “improve and control the quality and details more strictly in the future”.

At all stages, the customer service seeks to stall and stall. It’s like they somehow know that there is a time limit on us customers for disputing charges or something. Gee, I wonder how…

End result - the credit card company is my friend. They’ve stepped in and approved a disputed charge. It’s like they somehow know that Funbibi pulls this same stunt on many customers. Gee, I wonder how…

We placed 2 order and after 2 weeks it hasn't been shipped. This was a Halloween order and was placed to insure it would arrive in time. I contacted the company through their online chat with no response. I went through the same issue with Baerskin products that took 3 months to receive, I don't see the point of marketing a product for Halloween that won't be delivered until Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Complete misrepresentation of merchandise. The picture and description of the item was completely false. Was expecting a knitted sweater with hood and received a cheap polyester hoodie with a cheep screen print of knitting on it. When I tried to send it back they said it had to go to China and would take a month and the high return shipping would be paid by me. Oh but they did offer me a 20% off my next purchase coupon (of crappy clothing I would never purchase again) to appease me. Stay clear of them.

You're designs are fabulous. I had a terrible time wrapping my head around the whole lot...it took me hours to navigate through all of your selections. (That's a good thing, I was in utter and complete AWE. I have NEVER seen anything like it. I ordered a couple of pieces that I adored. My sizing was all over the map, however I hope the sizing guidelines are well to do! I had to judge each piece for fit while keeping my fingers crossed. Once I have my template pieces, I'll finish my shopping job! I cannot emphasize enough how creative, outlandishly beautiful, whilst outstanding in their field. I'm anxious to see the actual garment. Thank you for such a rarity. The whole thing blew my mind that I could obtain one or more of these pieces. (the Halloween is my favorite) Thanks again.

Easy to use website; ease of ordering; no 'bait-and-switch' in using discount code

Products were not as advertised; "95% cotton" is obviously synthetic, "embroidered" is just a print, shirts and shorts do not have product content or care labels, no response to complaints/refund request, avoid this site.
