We had a group of 25 and Belinda here looked after everything for us and had no issues with anything.

I would recommend this company if you need someone to sort out all the stag plans!

We were in contact with two people - Ryan and Xander. Ryan seemed like a local and Xander seemed like a wannabe russian local don. This company is full of cheats and liars. Substandard service where they insisted on us paying for everything in advance. One reaching the venues being given substandard services we checked with the vendors who informed us that the actual money charged was for baseline services while these people were charging top shelf. These guys are professional cheats and blackmailers. On being confronted about this they offered to cancel the booking while we were at the venue!! Must avoid at all costs. Plus Ryan kept insisting on sending "girls" with us since we were a group of large boys and according to him we would not get entry without girls. While we refused the look of disdain was apparent on his face. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The tour was beautiful ans John and Stan were very Nice and funny. They made a pretty cool visit of the city while we were drinking unlimited drinks on the boat !! For 25e there is nothing better.
If I met them again animating a tour or anything else I'll jump on their visit !

Can’t believe this company is still getting bookings!!!!!

I organised my sisters hen party back in August 2019. Thought the beer bike sounded unreal! So booked for 13 girls and changed the beer for Prosecco!
The website has been altered slightly now but at the time of my booking it was stated that we would be traveling around the city centre ‘sight seeing’.
The starting location was changed 3 times leading upto the activity (from the uk so finding these random places in Amsterdam was quite difficult). We ended up traveling 45 mins out of the city to an industrial estate, it was so random! So we get on the bike and the guide gets a phonecall asking if we would pick beer up for a different bike that was running late - were nice girls so we said yes! So about 20 minutes of our bike tour was spent going up and down the same road!

The driver just could not be bothered with us - no music, sighed when we asked him to take group pictures of us, constantly on his phone AND pulled up under a bridge that smelt of urine 15 minutes before the end of the tour and said we could just finish the lovely warm Prosecco(4% sparkling wine) off here! We literally couldn’t get away quick enough to be fair and gave the rest of the Prosecco to a homeless man under the bridge.
In true English fashion we did actually tip the driver because we felt bad at how terrible it really was and it was really awkward because he sort of left a cup out for tips!

You could hardly hear each other speak because the bike was so loud and squeaky it honestly felt like it was going to fall apart!
We’re a group of fun girls and made the best out of a not bad but absolutely HORRIFIC experience!

It’s a highlight of the trip for all the wrong reasons and we actually laugh about how bad it was now and how much the website is (in the nicest way possible) lying!!!!!

I have already submitted a formal complaint and received something like 30% refund, so managed to give all the girls a whopping £5odd refund for their troubles!

Honestly guys I’m only writing this to warn you to not book with this company! I can’t understand how they get away with it!

The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

I booked a boat tour of the canals of Amsterdam with food and drinks included. Due to the corona virus crisis I canceled my reservation. By contract they had to return 75% of my money and since then they don't answer me emails, phone, they don't return my money, they don't show their face.
I find it pathetic that they play like this with people's money.
I have been waiting for more than 2 months for my money.

I am appalled by Funamsterdam. The beer bike excursion that I booked through yourselves was not as described. Located 40 minutes outside the city in a industrial estate with nothing to see or do. The bike turned up 15 minutes late and I had to ring you to check that we were in the right location and were told “they should be there in fifteen minutes but call us agin if they don’t turn up”. The bike turned up with two men aboard, not in uniform, no reference to your company or introduction. The alcohol we received was 3 bottles of cheap sparkling wine and a case of warms cans of beer, with absolutely no music available on the bike, because the speakers “were not charged”. The amount of money we have spent is absolutely disgusting and I am baffled at the false advertising. I have sent your company two emails, contacted you on and Instagram and tired to phone you and I have received no reply. Please contact me in regard to a refund as soon as possible.

They advertise a price that doesn't exist. Price on website says 3 course meal including steak or taps for 65 euros per head. When you purchase the price goes up to 87.50 per head and only for Pizza. Very unprofessional

Had my bachelorette party with them. Great company, maybe not the cheapest, but has high quality service. TY for great time

We went to Amsterdam at the beginning of September. After looking at this website and the trustpilot reviews our group of 12 decided to book our activities through FunAmsterdam.
Well where shall I start, the Beer Bike Tour was awful, the tour advertised on their website (although I notice they have changed this now) certainly did not show us any city sites, unless you class an industrial estate with a couple of car rental showrooms as a memorable site and there were no provisions for music as promised. We did arrive late but went for one lap of this random estate and didn't bother with the rest of our tour, so we only biked for about 40 minutes which was more than enough. Our "guide" told us they were not allowed around the city sites anymore as it was to dangerous and you are not allowed to drink alcohol in public places and so they have had to keep altering their routes, shame this wasn't mentioned on the website. The photo advertised still on the website gives a false impression of where you can go on this bike tour.
For our next activity we decided on the party boat, paying extra for international bar and pizza. After searching for the boat for around 45 minutes as there are no signs anywhere, we eventually found our "Party Boat", well it barely squeezed our party of 12 on it as it was tiny, we had to try and balance large pizza boxes with drinks as there was no where else to put anything and most importantly there was no music yet again, bit odd for a party boat, our tour guide I must add was fantastic and we had a hilarious time but this is clearly not what is advertised. Our guide told us you are not allowed to play music on the canals so there never would have been any provision for music.
Lastly, the Heineken Tour, we arrived in plenty of time and went to the ticket office only to be told we did not have any tickets, after a bit of a wait the very nice customer services lady let our party in to take the tour. On our way round I received a phone call from our rep who had our tickets and that we were meant to have met her outside, unfortunately this information was not given to us in any correspondence. A nice little bonus though she took us to another bar after the tour where we got to sample some local beers.
All in all our experience with FunAmsterdam was certainly no fun !
I would not book through this website again.
I did write and complain on our return and was offered 62 euro refund for the bike tour, pretty poor as we spent over 1000 euro on all of these. The one star rating is for the boat tour as this was extremely funny and the choice of drink and the pizzas provided where great, even though it wasn't what we expected.
Luckily we still had a fabulous time in Amsterdam and would return but would not book these activities, probably best to try and book when you arrive.

We had a great experience on the Amsterdam Bubbly Bike with David as driver. We were surprised it was so far out of the centre so we didn't see the sights we expected but it didn't take away from the brilliant fun we had. I would definitely recommend for a hen do.
