Fun.com is so much more than a costume shop. They have a wide variety of clothes, toys, and accessories from multiple fandoms making it a great place to find unique gifts or to treat yourself. I’ve ordered from them several times, and I’ve been pleased with every item. Shipping is prompt, and the quality is excellent. I have a couple of t-shirts and pub glasses that have been used and washed regularly, and they still look great!

I bought a 'deluxe' costume for my son for his 5th birthday party. It cost over $100 and looked great. Unfortunately when I washed it for the first time (following the care instructions listed on the item) the fabric of the pants started falling apart. When I contacted the company about this they said "every machine is different" (despite being washed by hand) and that refunds or replacements were only for unused goods.
I think the fabric is either faulty, and the company should replace it; or the fabric is very poor quality and unwashable. Selling this as an expensive "deluxe" costume is misleading. I will never use them again, and suggest other people are cautious too.

I like doing puzzles, wearing T-Shirts & collecting Funkos and FUN.com carry both items. Because I am retired and on a fixed income, I find that often their prices are reasonable, especially when on sale, OR if there is a promotion such as Free Shipping.

I have bought some funko on FUN.com. I am from Brazil and i got they delivered very fast.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes; the shoe sizes are off. The 11 fits like a 10, & my girlfriend’s shoes are also about a size smaller than they should be. I have to pay to return them & suffer an 18% restocking fee for something that isn’t right to begin with.
