NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE / HEADACHE!!!
I've made orders numbering in the double digits with Fullscript - enough to cement my status as a "loyal" customer - and yet I can count on two (2) fingers the number of times my Fullscript orders were NOT screwed up.
From "heat sensitive" items being shipped without cold packs..."heat sensitive" items arriving gooey and MELTED... to shipping items with no expiration date... Fullscript's order handling & fulfillment has been downright lousy.
I once asked Customer Service, point blank, if I could *PAY* more JUST to have an extra cold pack placed in with my [expensive, heat-sensitive] probiotics. They refused.
THEN there's their "Premium" shipping, which is tantamount to highway robbery.
Case in point: I placed my most recent order on 8/31, and paid for "Premium" shipping that - at the time of purchase - "guaranteed" my items would be delivered by 9/4.
Well, today it is 9/8. I not only do NOT have my items, but DHL (Fullscript's horrendous carrier) also keeps pushing my delivery date estimate OUT...which means my [expensive] supplements are sitting on some truck, or in a warehouse, being degraded by sun exposure and/or high temps.
...yay.
(for reference: in the time I've been waiting for this latest Fullscript order, I've ordered - and received!! - items from - get this - HAWAII (!). FYI I'm in New England!!).
YES, it's tempting to use Fullscript because of the discount. But even their tempting discount is NOT worth the time [you'll be waiting to get your stuff], the money [you'll be tossing in the garbage for "premium" shipping] or the hassle [when they forget to add cold packs and your stuff arrives melted / destroyed].
My advice: shop elsewhere.
