Fullriver does not honor their warranty

The problem with Fullriver is getting them to honor their warranty on their batteries. They state they have a limited 10 year but in reality, their warranty is at their discretion to honor in general. They claim their batteries are the best but we had 3 failed batteries in less than 5 years. Solar batteries should last 10. 2 years ago, I went to their distributor in Colorado Springs, Colorado and bought an $850 battery to replace the one that went bad. 2 years later, and it failed and I called the distributor and he said he won’t honor the warranty because I have a system with replacement batteries. Did they expect me to replace all 8 at $850 each after having the system for only 3 years? So I go to the manufacturer and it’s been about 2 months since I talked with them and they give me every excuse in the universe and then they quit returning calls and emails so it’s clear they have no intention of honoring their warranty. So, I’ve decided to replace the entire battery bank, but I will never go to Fullriver. They do not honor their warranty in spite of claiming they have one.
