Ordered and paid for masks April 24th, finally arrived July 22nd ONLY after I filed fraud charges with the bank...Masks are made for kids...I was told I could mail them back at my expense to Hong Kong, when they were shipped from Mary in New York, whose address is a parking lot. I was told I would receive a 30% refund on Aug 14th, 2020....They are having trouble with their refund machine...Pretty certain I will never see a penny of my money back~ #BOYCOTT FULLERSPACE~

Order was incomplete. Still trying to get a refund for missing product. Product received - poor quality. No seam allowance so started fraying almost immediately.

This Fullerspace face covering is fraud and a thief... I ordered face masks and never received them .

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I would like to read this as a zero. I ordered four masks and filters. I received them three months later and it was the incorrect order. I only received 3 masks of the same style when in fact I ordered different than what I received. Their customer service has been horrible. They keep offering me a refund but then are not following through and say that their PayPal account is having technical difficulties and they I will refund in a few days. This is been going on for a month now. Horrible company.

If I could rate them a zero...I would as well! I agree with all the other customers that Fullerspace is a scam company and if I had known that they were based out of China, I would have never placed an order for masks with them. It took them 2 months to ship my masks and when I finally did receive them, they had the wrong name on them. One mask said Mr. Bob and the other two said Mr. Smith! They refused to issue me a credit and their only response was that I could place another order at 50% off. Why would I? This was their error. Poor customer service and I lost $30.00. Lesson learned. Do not order from Fullerspace!

I ordered my 2 masks around March and yesterday I recieved them. I am not disappointed with them, easy to put on, doesnt fog my glasses, I can breathe and it is comfortable. I would like to order more now, but dont want to wait another 5 months

Do not buy from this company!! I placed order on 4/25 as of yet have not seen order. Submitted claim with PayPal over a month ago and they still have not resolved. Out 36.00 and doesn’t look like I will get money back. PayPal is just about as useless!!

Placed an order for personalized masks for my teaching team in April. It took over 2 months to receive...but what I received was NOT what I ordered. Have been back and forth with Fuller Space for over a month, providing order details and photos of incorrect order. They offered a 20% refund and when I refused, they offered a 35% refund. I still have not received MY order, so only a 100% refund would be acceptable.

***DO NOT BUY FROM FULLER SPACE***If I could give Fuller Space less than 1 🌟 I would!!!! This company is a complete scam and ripoff. First, they claim to be in Texas but they are in China. Second, it took over 3 months to get the masks I ordered and I only received them because I filed a complaint with PayPal. As if the other 2 things weren’t bad enough, when I received them, the masks are MAYBE something an infant could wear. No adult with a normal sized head/face could possibly wear these masks. There is no recourse because PayPal won’t reopen the case since they were delivered. If I didn’t already say it before, here is the sum total: DO NOT BUY FROM FULLER SPACE!!!! They made me hate the Internet now!!!!

Fraud!!!! Do not order from Fuller space. I ordered $90 worth of face mask and filters. It took them two months to deliver and I only got 3 masks out of the 12 I ordered. I only received them because I filed a claim with PayPal. Still have not received the rest of my order. They said there was two shipments and even had tracking but it’s fake!!!! They stole my money!!!

I really should have looked for reviews first.

I tried to use my credit card, but the website wouldn't accept it, and pushed me through Paypal. When I got my Paypal receipt, it was for Lushgoods, and not Fullerspace. And Lushgoods is in China. Fullerspace's website states that the company is in the USA. So it is deceptive.

I did get my masks and filters. I ordered on 4/27/2020 and received them on 7/14/2020. While they do cover my face, they are on the small side. The quality is acceptable, but not as good as expected for the price. I do like the adjustable ear loops.

There is no customer service phone number, and emails are answered with form responses. Also, it takes forever to get a tracking number, and for that tracking number to be in the system. I honestly expected that the masks would never arrive, so I am happy that they finally did.

In short, don't order from this company.

I will give a zero star if it was an option.
My experience with Fullerspace is horrible! I will never order anything from Fullerspace again ever!
I ordered two cloth masks and two ordered of cloth mask filter PM 2.5 (10/pack) on May 10,2020. I received two packs of wrong filters on June 6, 2020, and no masks. I contacted the customer service several times, no response back for weeks until much later, I got a response back said it's under investigation. Today, I received another email from customer service said they will give me 20% refund back to me. Why 20% when I never received my whole corrected order of $41.94? I want 100% refund back! Never ever doing business with Fullerspace again!

TOTAL SCAM ! Waited too late to get my money back. It is not an American company. The masks come from China (if they come at all) to Bermuda . I have not received my order from April.

I ordered the masks April 26, 2020. They were supposed to have my name on them(Britney). First of all, I just received them today, and it’s July 6, 2020. Instead of being adult-sized, they are child-sized, but here’s the kicker. There are three of them, and none of them have my name(Britney) on them. Two of them say “Kim,” and the other says “Lashaun.” I cannot get in contact with the company. At this point, it wouldn’t make sense to even bother because they take so long to come in anyway.

Yes, I share the same faith as everyone who didn't get their mask. Like everyone here, I ordered my mask from Fullerspace and understood that it'll take a month. I was fine with that since shipping was little slower due to the covid-19. I ordered my mask in April and now it's July. I kept emailing the company and would get emails from them saying because of great demands my mask will be delayed. I emailed them 3 times and got the same crappy email over again. I wish I did a research on reviews like these on here but I was in a rush and thought Fullerspace was the real deal. I lost my money and don't expect my mask any time soon. I'm the type who likes to read reviews but this time I completely forgot. That's a lesson to be learned now. SO PLEASE IF ANYTHING DON'T BUY NOTHING FROM FULLERSPACE (those cowards no longer have a website but if they should come back to sell just don't) I think they no longer exists since people like us finally caught on and we are giving them bad reviews and telling everyone their rotten scammers.

Don’t buy from them. Placed 2 orders (kids masks for my kiddo & another order of adult masks).
-They charged my card for the first order but said they never received my order request?! The 2nd order they had info on.
- It was “holding on PayPal. PayPal had to wait 30 days to delete the 1st charge.
-I emailed FULLERSPACE so many times w/ copies of my orders and they said it wasn’t from them because it had “ TUMBLERICA” (or something like that) & I said that IS the merchant on their site. I even had copies of the order they isd have record of showing that merchant.
-I actually received the orders months
(3 mths) later.
-ALLLL the masks were KIDS SIZE. I emailed them photos showing my “adult” masks were the exact same size as the kid one. No response 😔

My masks finally arrived (after almost 3 months). Here's the problem -- they are child-sized. They do not adequately cover both my nose and mouth. They were definitely sold as adult-sized. They say, "Teachers do it with flair," -- clearly promoted for purchase by an adult. SOOO disappointed, and, like a fool, I didn't use my cc.

I submitted and paid for an order on April 14. I heard that it could take a month for delivery. I was not prepared for this, and believed that it was legit until recently. Its June 27 now, no mask! When last I heard about the tracking, they were in a Township outside of New Jersey, that was on June 10. So I'm thinking ok, they're in the country, can't be much longer, haha I'm here in Florida one of the worse places to be without a good mask. I should have read these reviews before I ordered!

When I ordered, I was promised shipment within two weeks. Turned into more than 2 MONTHS. I would email and receive response that they had shipped and yet no shipping number. After MANY emails, they send a tracking number which USPS tells me is not accurate as nothing had been shipped yet. After many threatening emails, I finally received the masks. Not as vivid or well made as pictured on their website, but not bad for the price. The website is now blocked, so I guess I feel fortunate that at least I got my shipment.

Scam shut them down!

Ordered a mask three months ago they created the shipping label 2 months ago and I still haven't received my mask. I contacted their customer service reps and got a BS covid-19 response. Which is understandable if I haven't already received stuff from wish ordered at the same time shipping from China within weeks of ordering. I live in the same country and on the same side of the country and they still haven't sent my crap. Scam don't waste your money they will never give it back
