I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was first class. Compared to dealing with this company through Amazon, I saved a lot of money by dealing direct and had free postage - Item was well packed and arrived the next day - delighted.

bought an applicator sleeve and after a couple of days it burst , emailed them twice within a week no reply . appalling customer srevice avoid at all cost

Brought a water pump from these people, was a while before I tried to use it, but it didn't work, after hours of wasting time, I contacted bayersan aka the full clean centre, who said the item was covered by a warranty and I PAID to return it to them. They are basically saying I have broken it and refuse to do anything.
This pump has never worked for one second or pumped one single drop of water, and I am sure the manufacturer would verify this.
As a pump is a vital part of window cleaning equipment, I would advise anyone NOT to rely on bayersan for support or service, they have sold me a defective product, are refusing to follow up on the warranty, basically calling me a liar, it feels like daylight robbery, as I rely on a pump to earn my living.
