AVOID this site. It's the fifth time I have been denied payout with no clarification. Support kept mute and never replied to all my complaints. They don't pay. I have moved on with # Crop#Mines.....# and all my payouts are constant and timely.

I have been using ftx for a few years, though only very rarely. Using it just now I was concerned to read so many recent negative reviews but it is my understanding that these are caused more by problems with ID verification than with ftx information themselves. I made a transaction and then tried to withdraw as a bank transfer; it was stuck at "pending" all weekend, but on Monday morning I got an email from ftx-exchange.com customer services, telling me to re-confirm my account address details which I did by merging the account . I did this and then the transfer went through within half an hour. I think ftx-exchange.com are trying hard to operate within the very strict legal and regulatory framework in each country they are operating in, and this necessarily means they have to follow strict internal procedures. Be patient people, do everything they ask you to in full, and wait for them to process it. I am happy to play along with all of their hoops and obstacles which help them to stay registered and legally permitted to operate. In my experience, the system works exactly as it is meant to hence giving it a 5* review.

Never used it but obviously a scam.

This is no joke. Their website really does it.
If you merge your account with them on ftx-exchange.com you can reactivate your account.Doing that gives you full access to your account and you can make withdrawals.Avoid reaching people privately on instagram.

He had a good intention. He was only naive. It was his first experience of bitcoin and he never thought it could go down or crash. He will do better if he eventually gets back into it. My advice to Sam is to trade for himself and get his profits out as he trade and don't involve any one else because if it goes wrong, they all turn against you. He is not in anyway a scammer.

FTX has been a frustrating experience. Constant glitches, slow response times, and a lack of clear communication have made trading a headache. Disappointing overall.

FTX was heavily pumped by Tom Brady on TV and elsewhere who is now being sued by the many ppl who lost money (as much as their life savings) when FTX stopped all withdrawals and filed Chapter-11 Bankruptcy earlier this month. I lost my money too but just by luck not a lot.

P.S. Don't trust any cryptocurrency business, many if not most are corrupt, frauds, ponzi schemes or worthless projects and tokens. Get out o crypto NOW, and if new do not enter!

Avoid the FTX crypto exchange! They are scammers! I wanted to withdraw fiat, and FTX did not do it and blocked and withhold money from me with a false reason! I lost money for nothing!

Making the whole crypto industry look bad, the poster boy for how not to do things. Only had a few undred $ there but still, the continuing stories coming out it just keeps getting worse.

FTX is garbage. Use Binance!!!! Deleted my FTX account, worst ever!!!!

This is such a rip off and i've lost so much transacting with them, how come i owe taxes to funds i can't even access, ridiculous taxes and support has offered no explanation as to an alternative option so i couldn't use my funds for weeks until pandrex.co extracted them. ftx can simply not be trusted and it remains to be seen how they plan to pay other users in my position

FTX.us is a company of thieves. They take their fee when you purchase crypto but won’t allow you to transfer the crypto outside of their system. It’s a joke. Be careful with this company. They will steal from you. Their customer support answers no questions and does nothing but stall. I have the screenshots of customer support conversations and I will share them with whoever wants to see them.

Their support is almost non existent. They had funds deposited by wire transfer for more than 5 hours, even acknowledged receipt and still didn't get them credited to my account. They're are more reliable options out there - DYOR
