I had the most amazing experience with FTLO on the Puglia / Amalfi trip with Angelo. The locations are stunning, hotels are wonderful, and activities are unforgettable. Angelo is the most amazing tour guide ever - can’t thank him enough for bringing his humor, personality and logistics expertise to make us feel so welcome!

The Puglia/Amalfi Coast trip was a great way to explore (beautiful and historical) areas of Italy that are more difficult to access on one’s own. And our guide, Angelo, did an outstanding job. He made the trip seamless and managed to stay hilarious, upbeat, and professional no matter what the traffic, hills, etc. threw at us. Grazie mille, Angelo :)

I just wrapped up my sixth FTLO trip in Brazil… it clear that I keep traveling with them for a reason. This group was top tier. Great people and a beautiful country. They recently made adjustments to the itinerary to include more time in Rio and a boat day which was the right choice! Salvador is an important cultural experience (we had an awesome local guide join us) and Rio is beyond beautiful and lively. This trip really would not have been what it was without our leader Zema. He was the perfect mix of guide and friend that makes the trip feel easy and enjoyable. He is passionate about travel and sharing his home country with others. I could not recommend Brazil enough and if you happen to get to travel with Zema consider yourself very lucky!

Henry was a wonderful tour guide and person; he made all travel/transfers seamless in Croatia! It is a very relaxed and fun trip!

Just got back from FTLO’s Argentina trip and had an amazing time. We packed so much into the trip and got to experience a great mix of sights, culture, food, and local experiences. It was great having all the logistics taken care of.

A huge shoutout to our trip leader, Fede, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to spend time with the group, and had a great sense of humor that made the trip even more fun. He was also invaluable in helping with translations and keeping everyone organized and on track throughout the trip. His enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine care for the group made a huge difference and were a big part of what made this trip so memorable.

FTLO’s Budapest, Vienna, and Prague trip is an absolute dream! Each stop was a deep dive into the history, culture, and food of the regions. I gained an appreciation of how the cities are connected historically yet took different paths to become what they are today. I also enjoyed the balance of the scheduled walking and food tours (you will get your steps in on this trip!) and the free time in each city which allowed me to explore at my own pace.

Our trip leader, Arpi, made the experience extra special. He brings extensive knowledge and perspective of the area as a local, paired with the passion of someone who thoroughly enjoys travel and adventure. Arpi went out of his way to ensure everyone felt comfortable and had what they needed to maximize their time on the trip. I immediately felt like part of a family and would book another trip with Arpi in a heartbeat!

This was my first FTLO trip, and I’m already looking into where to book next (as well as when I can return to these three wonderful cities)!

I went to Argentina with FTLO. Federico Erbetta, our trip leader, was an absolute gem. He was thoughtful and always available to help us out throughout the trip. His engaging presence ensured that our group outings were full of great conversations and humor. Our itinerary was always on track thanks to Fede and at the same time he was sensitive enough to not exert undue pressure on the group. A few of us fell sick at the end of our trip and Fede helped us through our pharmacy trips and made sure we got the right care.

The trip itself was well structured with an easy pace and plenty of fun activities aimed to give us a taste of the local culture. All the activities were high in quality and left us feeling satisfied and joyful about the experience. I’ll highly recommend FTLO and the Argentina trip in particular.

I recently went on the trip with Apri to Budapest, Vienna, and Prague, and it was amazing! I would highly recommend this trip and to have the experience led by Apri 100% made it worth it. In addition to his knowledge of the history and culture (especially all the delicious food!), his best feature was knowing how to bring the group together. He spent time getting to know each one of us and by the end it was like traveling with people we had known for ages. I would highly recommend this trip and would absolutely go on another trip led by Arpi!

Just got back from the "Tuscany & Rome" trip (with fabulous group leader Eleonora) and I am already planning my next FTLO trip!! This trip was fantastic--well-organized, thoughtful, fun, and with the right balance of planned activities vs free time.

Eleonora was a big part of why the trip was so successful: she constantly provided recommendations & managed logistics--including going above & beyond to make reservations or coordinate events that were extra, just based on individual (or group) spoken desires/thoughts. She also was very kind to everyone on the trip (as well as everyone we interacted with) and went out of her way to make accommodations for everyone in our group. Eleonora also helped smooth the way with her fluent Italian, as well as her deep knowledge of Italy (and her experiences in different cities, especially Rome!) and her rapport with our local guides (shout-out to our guide to the Contradas in Siena--I had chills by the time of the video of the palio) that really provided a unique experience I wouldn't have been able to plan on my own.

I could go on & on about how amazing this trip & group leader were. :) Hope to have another FTLO trip with Eleonora as group leader again!

I recently returned from Amsterdam, which was my second FTLO trip, and it was such a great experience! The trip was well paced, thoughtful, and gave me the opportunity to truly experience the city. Floris, our tour leader, was excellent!

Took my first FTLO trip to Argentina and it was amazing! It was definitely a great mix of different activities, delicious food/wine, and learning about different local cultures and history. Our tour guide Fede did a great job at keeping everything organized, providing tips/recommendations and translating when we needed it. I do appreciate the fact that FTLO was able to accurately advertise the vibe of the trip and would consider going on another trip with them again in the future.

I cannot recommend FTLO enough after our Costa Rica trip. From day 1, our group clicked instantly and it honestly felt like we had all known each other forever, even though we had only just met. I walked away with amazing memories and hopefully some long-lasting friendships.

Costa Rica was absolutely beautiful. We started surrounded by nature and adventure, and all 16 of us ended up ziplining together, even though some of us were hesitant at first. Then we went to Tamarindo, which truly felt like paradise. Between the beach, surfing, and the catamaran/snorkeling day Victoria recommended, every day was incredible.

Victoria was an amazing guide. She genuinely cared about everyone in the group, was always checking in to make sure people were okay, and gave the best recommendations, including one of our favorite dinners of the trip. She made an already amazing trip even better.

Thailand with FTLO was a great experience. Beam our Trip Manager was wonderful. She was an excellent guide and gave us so much information about Thailand. My birthday was the day after the group trip ended and Beam even got me a pair of Muay Thai shorts as a birthday gift. She was so kind and thoughtful.

My favorite part of the trip was Chiang Mai and specifically Doi Suthep Temple. Also the cooking class was so much fun and the food was excellent. Khao Lak was beautiful and peaceful. Overall a great trip and a fun way to see and explore Thailand.

Let me start by saying that this was one of the most incredible trips I’ve ever experienced and it’s all thanks to our amazing tour guide, Vicky. She was such a genuine person who was full of life and full of knowledge about Costa Rica and its rich history. She did an excellent job of making everyone feel included while also keeping us in check when we were running late for dinner LOL. Overall, this was a remarkable experience and I can’t think of anything I’d want to change. Thanks again Vicky and thank you to FTLO. Pura Vida!

Had the best time in Costa Rica with FTLO! The itinerary had a great blend of adventure and relaxation. Victoria was a phenomenal trip leader who kept things fun and on time; she was always there to help and teach us more about the country and culture. My only wish is that it was longer as I did not want to leave!

This FTLO BVP trip was one of the best
I have taken and will be tough to beat! We spent 1 week in these three beautiful cities learning all about their culture, history and food, while also learning a few phrases in each language along the way! It was structured in a way that didn’t feel like a tour but rather exploring it all with a group of friends. I only wish there was more time! The trip was largely made special because of our trip leader, Arpi. His passion for sharing Central Europe with us was evident and his excitement was contagious. He brought an incredibly warm and fun atmosphere to the group (lots of stories, laughs, and impromptu karaoke) and within 1 week we were a little family. I would highly recommend going on this trip with Arpi! If he ever leads another FTLO trip I will be signing up without a doubt!

Went on the Argentina trip May 2026 and had a wonderful time! That was in large part due to our guide, Fede, who went out of his way to be helpful, knowledgeable, and positive throughout our trip. He knew so much about Argentina and made sure we were all comfortable and enjoying ourselves throughout the trip. If you want a unique cultural experience filled with food and wine, this is the right trip for you!

Last week I joined the Budapest, Vienna, and Prague May 17th trip. This was first time doing group solo travel. I was incredably nervous about isolation and meeting new people. Safe to say now it will not be my last! It was incredable to get out of my comfort zone, learn about new places and expericence all with a great group of people. All three cities are vibrant, fun and a blast to explore and learn about. Most of all, the trip was truly made by our excellent guide, Arpi! Arpi went out of his way to get to know all of us and ensure that the trip was truly special for everyone. I am very happy with my overall experience.

I’ve done these trips twice. My most recent one was Amsterdam. Floris is super funny, accommodating, and kind and knows so much about the city! The group was great (so many Texans). Lots of free time to if you get bookings to the museums.

I recently went on the Budapest/Vienna/Prague trip with Arpi Kerestztury and it was one of the greatest experiences ever. Arpi went above and beyond in every single way, keeping us all organized on a daily basis, providing great recommendations and information on the sites we visited in these 3 cities.

I highly recommend this trip for those who want to experience the culture and history of these 3 great cities. Make sure to book it with Arpi!
