Do your research and cross referencing

I originally worked with this company as an independent contractor, using their system to facilitate listings, communicate with vehicle owners, and help manage the process they advertise to the public. My experience is based entirely on direct interactions with their platform, their representatives, and multiple sellers who reached out for assistance. All statements are supported by saved emails, texts, and screenshots.

1. Several sellers contacted me confused about additional charges.
In more than one situation, sellers reached out saying they had been asked for unexpected extra fees to “relist” their vehicle. At least one seller told me he thought he had been scammed because he could no longer find his car online after paying the second fee. I have screenshots documenting these conversations.

2. What sellers believed they were getting and what the system delivered did not always align.
I frequently saw discrepancies between what sellers were told during initial communication and what actually happened once their listing was active. Some expected an auction flow or visibility that didn’t match how the system was functioning. Several contacted me asking why their listing didn’t appear where they expected.

3. Communications from different company representatives were inconsistent.
I have emails from the support team stating they “don’t know what was said on the call” and can’t confirm what sellers were promised, even when sellers forwarded messages showing very specific expectations about timelines, auctions, or “auction results.” This inconsistency created ongoing confusion for customers who contacted me for clarification.

4. Sellers themselves were sending me research that raised concerns.
One seller sent me a Reddit thread discussing unexpected charges, unmet expectations, and difficulty getting refunds. That seller ultimately pulled away from working with the company after reviewing that information. I still have their message and link.

5. Based on everything I observed while interacting with their system, I strongly recommend asking detailed questions before paying any fees.
Clarify:
– who will contact you and when,
– whether additional fees may occur,
– how relisting actually works,
– what the advertised auction process includes,
– and what visibility you should realistically expect.

My review is based solely on my documented, firsthand interactions with their platform and with real vehicle owners who reached out for help. If Trustpilot needs verification, I can provide all supporting documents.

Do not and I mean do not waste your…

Do not and I mean do not waste your money with these guys. it is a sudo advertising platform that uses your inventory to promote on their ebay store in hopes to sell your goods. Charge big money and deliver absolutely no results. I was called Aug 8 of this year by Mike Keys telling me he has 2 buyers that missed out on a similar truck that I had advertised here in Canada. That was a total lie. I took the bait and paid out. No results. Never again. If anything proof would be in actually selling and money paid after the sale. I was a huge sucker. My son laughed his ass off for he said it was a scam. lesson learned. Absolutely terrible. So embarrassed i got sucked in.
