Product excellent, however excessive emails from Fruugo that were confusing, saying product shipped, product in AU port but then repeating again, took a very long time to arrive

Information regarding the delivery timescales of orders can be found under the 'Delivery & Returns' section on the items page on our site.
We do advise in the 'Delivery & Returns' section of each product page where you place your order, where the goods are being shipped from, for example, it states "Shipping from USA" so customers are aware if it is being shipped from overseas.

I bought what was advertised as a Tefal…
I bought what was advertised as a Tefal rice cooker insert. Delivery took a long time and what I received was not tefal and not the right size as advertised. Also there was a bag of garden pebbles in the package I imagine so that the weight is heavier and they can justify the higher postage advertised. Feel ripped off!! Will not buy from this site again!
