I ordered a vintage candle lighter what came was a virtually empty I box and nothing like what I ordered it was rubbish no use at all and I paid 49.00 for it. beyond disappointment. Hopeless company

The item I ordered arrived on time and undamaged.

Chose a product online no issues it arrived as described a few days later with no hassle.

Terrible service.
I purchased a moped cover which stated “waterproof “.
On the first rainy day I was surprised to find that water had gone all over the moped.
Contacted customer service which responded to email them a video.
The video was taken and emails multiple times to receive replies there was no video or attachment.
They provided another email in which case I send the video to, again they said they didn’t receive the attachment.
I don’t care about the money they can keep them, all I care is that no one else is scammed by these people.
DO NOT BUY HERE, THERE ARE MORE TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS OUTTHERE.

Down side delivery can be a little slow, but you are made aware of that when ordering.
If you are not in a hurry they are good and they are based in England

You get what you pay for. I saw an advert for a compact charcoal grill that looked to be able to BBQ 6 chicken thighs, or 6 hamburgers, or two good sized steaks. Perfect for winter use. £34, but for that price, I should have known. The metal that was described as “upgraded thickened” wasn’t much thicker than tin foil. Extremely flimsy! Don’t waste your time.

Purchased a denim Tailup dog carrier in July, it took weeks to arrive. As soon as I opened the packaging I knew it was fake. The cheap plastic bag it came in, the internal bag label which says no mention of the brand and clearly shows it’s not an official Tailup product. The material, labels, everything about it is cheap.

And what’s worse it’s got stains which appear to be blood stains inside where the zipper ends.

I contacted Fruugo, who asked me to clean the stains and have a £5 discount.

I replied no, and requested a full refund, which they’ve given.

I did buy it on my credit card as a precautionary measure.

Overall I wouldn’t use this company again, too long delivery times and fear of receiving fake goods which mine obviously was, on a plus the customer service on this occasion was good.

In response to Fruugo - I have already provided my order and contact details through Trustpilot. My review is honest based on my experience. The goods I was sent was not an authentic Tailup product and it was damaged, I sent you photos of this and as such you gave me a full refund. Whilst I appreciate the good customer service for the return, I wouldn’t use your company again as you are allowing sellers to sell fake products.
