Very bad online shop expirience!No…

Very bad online shop expirience!No warranty at all.Watch of Swarovsky of 350€,10 months later broken and not possible to send back for repair ,no warranty because sent from Ireland,etc... they just give me the legal rights .Really strange i cannot get warranty through them to Swarovsky. They reply via Truspilot they will reply although they reply the same later on i will not have any warranty after 6 months?1 year looks to me the minimum consumers have.What a scam

I am sorry you feel this way.

A warranty is held directly with the manufacturer of the product and not through Fruugo as stated in correspondance with our team.

I can see a member of the team has issued you with instructions on how best to resolve this issue. (by contacted in Swarovski directly)

"items from China"

"items from China"
I bought an item from a Belgian online shop (Fruugo) because I wanted this item delivered in few days.
Only after I paid (and it was not cheap) I was informed that the item was coming from China. If I buy from China I want to know.

The item took almost a month to arrive.

I wrote to Fruugo and to the seller (Feshias) many times for explanation and at least give me some feedback. No answers.

I wouldn't recommend Fruugo to anyone!

We do advise in the 'Delivery & Returns' section of each product page where you place your order, where the goods are being shipped from, for example, it states "Shipping from USA" so customers are aware if it is being shipped from overseas.
