Not free, not a bargain

The marketing of "free" underwear is misleading. While the items themselves may not have a listed price, the actual cost is buried in excessively high shipping fees—$8.99 for the first item and $6.99 for each additional one. This adds up quickly, making the total far more expensive than simply buying the same products elsewhere.
The FAQ attempts to justify this by explaining that items ship directly from manufacturers, but the result is still a poor deal for customers. You can find identical underwear on platforms like AliExpress for a lower total cost, including shipping.
