Dress I received was nothing like one in advert. Shocking quality. Told them this but they insisted everything top quality. I enquired about refund but was told cost to send back would be a lot. At the time of ordering did not know product coming from USA. Have now been offered £2 but I cannot use this item so want a full refund. Was also overcharged at time of ordering. Ripped off.

I bought the eyebrow pencil in blonde. It took almost 2 months to arrive and, when I used it, it is a dark brown. I requested blonde! Do they just throw any colour into an envelope and post it? I got my friend try it as she has brown hair. Brow pencil was 'claggy' and the finish looked nothing like those on their advert. Steer clear!!

Doesn’t warrant one star, I bought two dresses from these people. The video showed a shiny flowing lovely dress, I bought gold and a silver both leopard pattern.
Well they’ve arrived!! The pattern is nothing like shown, the dresses are cheap and nasty no flow at all and the size!!!!! Well I ordered xl I got large and tbh it wouldn’t fit a size ten!!!!

Do not buy from this company!! I ordered a product, that was supposed to be hand made in different types of woods. What I got was machine cut plywood, which didn't look anything like the original product. I tried to return it, but was told it would cost an awful lot to send it back to America. I wanted a refund, as the product didn't match what was advertised, but I kept being fobbed off and all I got was, 'We will pass your comments on.' You cannot speak to a person, as all the communication is through an online chat, which is useless!! I will be reporting them for selling substandard products, that don't match the photos advertising them, and for refusing to give a refund! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was overcharged for my item and still have not received item. No way to contact vender. Not happy. No stars

Do not buy from this site as they charge you more money then they should...i paid £12.99 for an eyeliner but when I looked at my bank statement they have charged me £16.30 apparently vat but it doesn't mention that at all on their site which is totaly wrong I will never buy from here again and advice people not to do the same false advertising 🤨

Against my better judgement I purchased an item from Fruity-Finesse (FF) that popped up when I was scrolling through Facebook. The item was £12.99 and I used PayPal to pay the agreed amount. However I was actually charged £15.59. It was not made clear at any point throughout the transaction that either FF or PayPal would take more than the agreed amount. Overall this was not a good buying experience and FF did not respond to any of my emails querying the payment. I even tried to cancel the payment but that was unsuccessful.
