Not anymore

I have worn these for years. sadly, the last time I bought the same size I've been wearing turned out to be about two sizes bigger than it should be. it's very frustrating to buy something that you've been buying for a long time and then have it be completely different. instead of fitting snugly, they continuously fall down while I'm wearing my pants very unhappy about this whole situation.I guess I'll change product.

Bought a 4-pack of Fruit of the Loom…

Bought a 4-pack of Fruit of the Loom boxer shorts for $17 on Amazon. The shorts are "seconds" and the attached tag on the pack stated $31. No way are they worth $31. Quality is poor; stripes on the plaids don't align/match up and the material is very thin. Their competitors' quality for a 5-pack at $31 is very good - not like Fruit of the Loom's poor quality. Now I understand why F of the L was filing bankruptcy and then bought by Berkshire-Hathaway.

RUBBISH NOW Fruit of the Loom T-Shirts

FRUIT OF THE LOOM T-Shirts - RUBBISH
DO NOT BUY ANY CLOTHING FROM THIS LABEL.
I am so disgusted, again another company, only interested in the profit margin, and to hell with the QUALITY OR THE CUSTOMER!
I have been buying T-Shirts since the 80's, from F.O.T.Loom, and have noticed recently, that the material is getting less and less, meaning smaller fitting, all my life I have been a small , about a 36" chest , and over the past couple of years, the T shirts are getting on the tight side, and,of both sides, I have noticed, the stiching is coming apart at the seams, (with more and more T-Shirts), due to lack of material, to get a proper hold when they are stiched, over the last 12 purchases, 8 pack's of 5 white and 4 pack's of 5 coloured, within the last 2 years, so far I have had to throw away quite a few, I would think at least 10/12 or more, very good T-Shirts, both white and coloured, but the stiching is seperated, I am not very happy, I can order cheap rubbish T's from Primark, they are a lot cheaper and seem to be finished better, and can throw them away, without thinking it was a waste of my money!
I remember when F.O.T.Loom started the business back in the early 80's, and the F.O.T.Loom was the best that was on the market, never ever had a problem, but like most huge companies, it looks like they are now only interested in making a profit, not looking after the customer, and I have been an extremely loyal customer to F.O.T.L which is so disappointing, and don't seem to care what the quality of the garments are, as long as you get them sold, for the profit line, and greedy shareholders!
Why has the business gone downhill so much, and is not what it used to be, and we can't complain to anyone, SO LETS US ALL STOP BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS, OTHERWISE THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SELL SHODDY. RUBBISH GOODS, AND WE HAVE NO RECOURSE IF WE ARE NOT HAPPY!
I have spent hours trying to send a message to F.O.T.Loom, and there is no send BUTTON ON THE FORM, I am in europe, but it is still asking for a ZIP CODE, we have POST CODES in Scotland, so the form cannot be completed, and comes up with an error, under ZIP CODE, just a scam, there is no way to contact them directly, no phone numbers, as usual, these companies are not interested hearing about bad workmanship or faulty goods, as long as the shareholders get there millions of £ $, what a shower of rubbish! NOW!

The goods I ordered were not delivered

The goods I ordered were not delivered, despite the tracking reference showing it was delivered. There is no way to contact the company. The SA web site is not working and when trying to raise the issue with another division, there is no way to actually submit your complaint. The email received confirming the order had no details of how to contact the company. A real waste of money and i would suggest that others do not try and order anything from them.

First off bought 12 a frame shirts from fruit of the loom website. Price for 12 a frame tshirts on fruit of the loom website was $49.99 . Upon further review I found the same exact a frame t shirts on Amazon for $18.98 . Called immediately fruit of the loom to cancel was told by representative that fruit of the loom can’t cancel order once placed. I would have to receive package than return package and oh it’s not an inconvenience or a waste of time because get this …. It’s free to return. Wow customer service since Covid really has tanked

I ordered some Fruit of the loom…

I ordered some Fruit of the loom sweatpants on Amazon, I've had them for about 6 months now and they seem to be holding up quite well, no piling or fading and they aren't falling apart so I have to say I'm pleased with them, I hope they are the real deal but with Amazon you can't tell for sure but I'm happy with the sweatpants, I see there are a lot of negative reviews, I don't know why, my items have been good, no complaints.

I would give this company a negative…

I would give this company a negative star I could. Call the number to follow through on the satisfaction guaranteed fit promise and have nothing but a run around dealing with non-speaking English clerks. I have been promised a check in 6-8 weeks now for over 3 times and still do not have a check. This company promotes false advertising and is bogus in its promise as well as hires inept employees.
If you wish to give subpar - way subpar- service, then remove your toting advertising that you want your customers happy with a good fit. ALL LIES!
The advertising lies, the clerks lie - everyone I have talked to in this company lies - making false promises. So much wasted time.
Don't bother purchasing from this company, ever!

Fruit Of The Loom Does Not Value Its Own History

I am rating FOLS sincerity, interest in its own product and the way it deals with folks. For many years I collected and tried to recover the lost history of FOL. (The famous brand may be the oldest in the USA still in business.) I corresponded with FOL for ten years. Eventually I managed to recover many documents ,early labels from the company archives (even the first from 1860) and the founders family photographs, including 1840s daguerreotypes of the company founders. Eventually I was able to reconstruct FOLS early history and develop a catalogue showing the development of the famous trademark with scores of labels. At FOLS encouragement I shared everything I had with them with high resolution photographs . They immediately quit talking to me once they had the research and told me I was welcome to donate the original materials to them but would not pay a cent for it. , (They already had all my research for free) The company in reality cares nothing about their "valuable" brand. Its cares nothing about what happens to the extremely rare and original material which represents the basis of its existence. (I am old and it will all go with me when I go. I want it all gone to prevent FOL from ever possibly benefiting from it. It survived 175 years but cannot survive the current company. If they care nothing for it , then why should I? )

Absolutely awful quality t shirts

Absolutely awful quality t shirts. I could not possibly use these to send to customers as literally 1 day of wear, threads coming unstitched. Without doubt the worst quality I've ever had. Will never ever buy from this brand ever again.

The Quality Has Severely Changed

I've purchased Fruit of the Loom socks for myself for years now. My husband purchases his from this brand as well. Every pack before was made thick and held up pretty nice. All of a sudden the last packs that each of us purchased (at different months) both seemed much thinner. Now months later, I have holes in EVERY single sock. I can't think of a time that I've ever had holes in my socks previously... On to looking for a better quality brand.
