My neck and shoulder relaxer hasn’t arrived some 7 weeks after placing an order. The tracking doesn’t work and customer service isn’t responding to my requests for where my order is. SO FRUSTRATING Given I bought this as I have pain in my neck. Order No 45088857

I think it's a scam! I order a pair of Oppo headphones (+100 euro's) and they deliver a €5 garbage brandless piece in stead. Don't buy here.

Really bad customer service
I bought a small scale for weight of coffe, spices and haircolor. After 3-4 months it apperantly started using up the battery also while turned off. So I had to change the battery several times. I then started taking the battery out, but thats not how its supposed to function. I have a large scale that doesn't need changing battery for months.
I made a claim and first I was told that I should take the battery out. Well thats not a solution.
Then they told me to use good quality battery and if I use the scale daily, then its normal that the battery dies.
They are just talking around.
Dont buy from them.
