Don't waste your money.. Please don't.

Scam! I have bought tools from them but I can't get access. I have submitted tickets many times they don't reply and they have deleted my tickets. Finally, I asked for unsubscribing but again my ticket was deleted. They did not unsubscribe. Again they billed from my Credit Card if anyone knows how to unsubscribe please tell me.

The services promised were not available, with most of the tools on free plans and the ones with daily limits were all used up by the time I sign in. Contacted Surendra Kumar on Facebook and he assured me of a refund, which never came. Ended up paying for two-quarters of the subscription with zero use.

I just signed up with them (without reading review) and realized their major SEO tools were under a free plan/ trial plan, or restriction access. I tested 5 tools and don't have time to test the rest. So I gave up and requested a refund Hopefully they will comply under their 3 days refund policy.

Doesn't deserve 1 star!
I Purchased Ahref group tool from this website, not got access for single minute.
I pinged him on Fb and raised ticket, not even a single response.
Its been 3 days, I was tired by typing 100 of messages on Facebook.
400 Rs is not an big deal, but being scamed by others is frustrating.
I reported on payment gateway, waiting for reply. I hope they stop him from scaming others.

Worst service for AHREFS.
90% down.
No reply to support tickets, emails or chats.

I have purchased agency plan from then , it worked for like first 2 days and after downtime I mailed that account is not working.. I havnt got any reply .. at lat while using for 15 days or less, they TERMINATED my agency plan . I lost 1330₹ .

Don't buy they are scammers and they don't even care to reply .. don't buy

Fraud, never buy from them . one of the worst site. none of the tool work. they ma hack your credit cards.

Fake Website...I Pay For Some Tools...But They don't Provide any tools...

Some fake people are running this fake business. 90% of the tools are not working. And rest 10% will not going to be used for any work. Support is not responding to my message for a few days. Waste of money.

Frozenfry isn't worth it. I bought an agency plan, but none of the necessary tools are working. And if a tool is working, it is only some limited trial. I tried to contact the team, but I didn't get a response for 20 days or so now. Some of the secondary tools are working yes, but the tools that you paid your money for aren't. Buy it at your own risk!
