Bot not working well
I had a query, the company have a bot that first tries to answer your question
When it couldn't it created a ticket for customer services. Unfortunately the summary of the query was inaccurate, so the customer service rep gave me the wrong answer. It was just more complicated than it needed to be for quite a straight forward question.

Honestly, great product! You do not need to use very much of this product! A little goes a long way. I am about 2 weeks in and I’ve already noticed my forehead lines look smaller. I’m excited to see my results at 30 and 60 days! I would recommend this product and the price is reasonable.

I had a subscription but had not finished my first order when my next order arrived. I asked if I could return the order (it was opened) and even though that is not part of their policy, they were willing to do so and refund the full price. I only had a few days at home in between my travel, and placed an order. It was originally supposed to arrive the day after I left, but it got there 3 days early! There was something that happened in transit, not at the fault of the company by any means, and they went far and above to make sure that it was rectified. I didn’t expect anything, and just notified them for any other orders that might be going out with their delivery partners.
The customer service, the professionalism, etc was top-tier. I am excited to see the effects of the products on my skin also. They have sold me on being a lifer. - KI
