I bought off this website last year and no issues, this year I restock and bought over £100 worth of goods, i recieved nothing, I contacted them twice and no response, I managed to track down froya customer services email they claimed i raised it with incorrect website but how could it be when is the SAME WEBSITE I used, i lost ny money and no products NEVER AGAIN

However, as we explained in our email correspondence, this purchase was not made through Frøya Organics. Unfortunately, you placed your order through a fraudulent website impersonating our brand.
After reviewing the email attachment you sent us, we were able to confirm that it contains links directing to www.froyaorganicsskin.com, which is not our official website. It also shows an order number #1130, Frøya Organics order numbers always begin with "FO" followed by more than six digits (for example, FO1234567) These are clear indicators that the purchase was made through a fraudulent website, not through Frøya Organics.
We have advised you to contact your bank to dispute the transaction, as the payment was not made to Frøya Organics, and we are actively taking legal action against these fraudulent websites.
We'd also like to take this opportunity to warn other customers that our only official website is www.froyaorganics.com If you are ever unsure, please contact us before placing an order, we'll always be happy to verify that you're purchasing from the genuine Frøya Organics store.

Decided to suspend all other skin care…
Decided to suspend all other skin care options , except for my favorite oil cleanser, while I use this system. So far I definitely see ann improvement in texture and hydration. That glow is no joke! I also am enjoying the firming I’m noticing. The undereye area is my greatest concern and I’m looking forward to seeing what’s possible by the time I finish that jar.
