I can confidently say that these are some of the best pants I have ever found. The three process work pants have become such a perfect item that I wear once a week and the dad jeans are the best jeans I’ve ever owned. I’ve had many pairs of selvedge denim and this is a testament that you don’t need some of the flashy buzz words to make an incredible pair of pants. Looking forward to wearing them into the ground.

I purchased two T Shirts from them, and was so excited to love the shirts and support the brand. The quality appeared fantastic, but unfortunately the measurements of the shirts did not jive with what was shown on the website and the shirt did not fit me. I tried on one out of two of the shirts, and because I tried one of them on - Ken did not allow me to exchange either of the shirts for a larger size. I am now stuck with two shirts that don't fit me, at no fault of my own (I did my due diligence checking the measurements of the shirt before purchasing). I asked if I could just exchange/return the one shirt I did not open/try on and was rudely told no. Extremely frustrating, especially when each T Shirt is $80.

Trousers took several weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was too small and didn’t match the size and measurements displayed on the website. Attempting to contact the company resulted in only AI responses which were incorrect about the EU 14 day right to return. I won’t be returning as I’ll incur further customs charges for replacement items. Unfortunately, these trousers will just end up in the bin.

Very disappointing as I’ve followed Ken for months and love his content. Saved for a number of months to purchase an item from Front Office because of that. Clearly better at creating content than clothes or delivering service.
