Front End Audio might be good for US customers. This experience is from an international customer.
I bought two Samar MG32 microphones (which are nice) from Front End Audio (imported to Germany at my expense). One arrived DOA defective—Samar clearly failed to quality-check before shipping—yet Front End Audio made me pay return shipping to the US and shipping costs back to Germany for the replacement, plus import duties/VAT twice. The costs for two imports and three shipments almost outweigh the microphone's worth.
No fault on my end (tested with multiple cables/preamps, provided audio proof), but neither company takes responsibility for their faulty product. Extremely poor service for international buyers and simply poor business practice. I cannot recommend to work with either company internationally. I am lucky I ordered a cheap mic, otherwise costs would have exploded.
