Front is very efficient platform to manage emails.
My only comment and suggestion is to have a filter available in the Shared Inbox when actual threads are already Archived.
Front makes it super easy for me to communicate internally with my team and externally with my customers. The interface is easy to use, and I love the ability to start a chat thread on the side of an email with other team members who need to be involved. There's less clutter filling up our inboxes and we can all stay on the same page. I also appreciate the calendar tool where I can quickly send customers a link to book a meeting, the integration with Salesforce to show me where my customers are in their lifecycle, and the snooze feature helps me stay on top of things that I need to look at on a later date. Front is truly my best friend at work.
We're into our third year with Front now, we have around 25 team members. We love the comments facility, so easy to get people instantly involved in a conversation, and the team inboxes have really helped with our communication with clients. Front is now an integral part of our accountancy practice.
Love Front it has increased my efficiency at work immensely!
I wouldn't know how to do without Front in doing customer communication with our team. It's so convenient to share conversations with team members, discuss and reply all in the same thread. Also the snooze feature is powerful to be remembered when to follow up with a customer again.
Best email client especially for teams and shared inbox.
We absolutely love Front the ability to manage shared inboxes and to tag people, assign and integrate other apps to email is a game changer.
My only small complaint is lack of folder support. You have to "tag" an email category but it then still sits in the inbox. No ability to create folders then move to folders for better archive management. Still best product out there IMO.
Front is an Incredible Business Management Tool. It allows internal and external communication to exist, all in one easy to use platform. It allows companies to connect freely with their business prospects, as well as allow rapid communication within a business, amongst fellow workers.
I simply could not do my job effectively without the help of Front.
Front is the best ticketing software out there. Period. I used ZenDesk and GrooveHQ before, but Front is just different:
- Much more intuitive
- Much more user-friendly
- Great team collaboration features
- Greet analytics
- Great integrations
- Fast, slick, efficient
I even moved my personal Gmail inbox to Front because it's much easier to manage emails this way.
Would like to see that pinned comments remain at the bottom of each new email. This will allow our team to work more in harmony as new information comes in on projects we are working on.
