Poor customer service
Poor customer service! Our item arrived with multiple problems and while customer service was originally responsive, that quickly stopped and it became clear no one really wanted to troubleshoot or offer an actual solution. Will not be buying from here again and now I’m out money and stuck with a broken dresser.

Great price and would buy again
I received my items quickly and both looked practically brand new. I did notice a little scorch mark on the bottom of the crock pot which is the only reason I did 4 stars. It worked just fine, so I’d definitely buy again.

The best customer service and awesome products!
I ordered 2 items that shipped separately. One was a twin platform bed for my granddaughter, it arrived perfectly, we assembled and it is beautiful and my grandbaby loves it.
The second, was the Sharper Image 2in1 cordless stick vacuum. It arrived with the main part for cleaning the floors not in there. I immediately contacted Rebel to find out what I can do, they gave me a few options and I chose the one that best worked out for me. The did say it is rare they have an open box be missing a piece, because of their quality inspection. I guess I just happened to hit the one with a part missing. But it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Bought a couple of items for the bathtub were in great condition. Our little one is loving the bathtub. Travel Stroller
I do love this stroller easy to put together
Bought for my grandaughter. Love the cup/snack holder. Took me couple times to figure out how to open and close but my youngest is 30 yrs old. I recommend this stroller. Price was great very afforable!

Nutribullet Stopped Working
I have only used my Nutribullet once two weeks ago and went to use it today, and it had stopped working. I am not sure what could have gone wrong because I just ordered the Nutribullet.

needed repair
Both of my strollers were listed in good/gently used condition, one was open box and one just had slight wear on the wheels. The “open box” stroller had a stripped screw coming out of the anchor on the base, as well as a missing nut. Luckily I’m handy and was able to make the repair myself after a trip to the hardware store while on family vacation. Extremely disappointed that this was sold with such confidence on the company’s part, and that I had to pause my vacation with 2 year old twins and extended family. This issue should have been caught on your end then either repaired or disclosed in the listing.

Super fast shipping. Item was in perfect condition even though it was listed as an open box. Will definitely order from here again. Great baby items at a discount. Ordered for my God daughter so I had a stroller/car seat for her when she comes to visit but didn’t want to spend a fortune on something that wouldn’t get everyday use.
