Bad quality leather
When the shoes arrived everything looked very good. Nice packaging and descent delivery time. Shoes looked good but after just two wears the leather cracked a little. Shoes felt really stiff. I expected more quality for that price

Your order was placed on September 12 and promptly shipped the following day. As we mentioned in our previous updates, your parcel was selected by customs for a physical inspection, which unfortunately delayed the delivery process.
We truly regret the inconvenience caused, but we are sure you can understand that these procedures are external to JAK and beyond our control. Unfortunately, we have no way to accelerate official customs processes in the destination country.

Great shoes. Recently bought the new Flow model in 2 colours - 1 from their concession in London Selfridges and 1 online. Very comfortable.

Happy but color is not perfect
Still very happy as always, even though the color was not really the same in real (Nude is a bit more Pink to be honest), and this pair of shoes is less confortable than my previous ones (hurts my feets). But quality is still super premium!
