Via telephone contact with Fritzshop, I received excellent assistance and am happy with this router, which is now connected directly to the KPN fiber optic connection! Everything works perfectly and the support is also more than good; knowledgeable people! The delivery also went smoothly, so it is really not just the router that is highly recommended, but the company as well.

Ordered a single small sensitive item (big as a thumb). It was delivered in a very well bubble wrapped envelope. Even throwing it against the wall would not damage the item. It was also delivered on time as advertised.
