Good customer service
Our order wasn't complete so I contacted the customer service and we searched for a solution. Eventually they sent the missing item. This all went very smooth!

Slow delivery and wrong pacifier
The delivery took two weeks, I got the wrong pacifier and it’s already broken after two weeks use.
