terrible service and experience
We used Frey Express to move within Stockholm and we found their service simply TERRIBLE.
Just to mention a few, They
- ruined our solid wood dining table with sticker
- assembled our bed in the wrong way
- put shoes in the master bedroom
- put grass seed boxes in the master bedroom
- mixed up all my bedlinen in a way it took me forever to sort them out
- left a box with dirty clothes among my kids toys
- empty boxes with my nicely folded seasonal clothes into their boxes simply by throwing them in (they looked like cleaning cloths after I took them out - had to wash and iron them all again)
- lost my homemade Christmas wreath
- threw in a box with the last remaining things 12 brand new plates as if they were made of plastic
And last but not least the didn't make a clear numbered list of all the boxes they packed and this way it has been impossible for us to tick each box they took out of the truck so we don't know how many things have been lost yet.
In general they were badly organized, bad packaging and bad service.
