Amazing!

I ordered the golds gone vinyl and the silent treatment zip up hoodie. Amazing experience! No delays and it came within 2 weeks! The fabric was very soft and comfortable to wear!

Purchase Tickets

I went to Freya Skye's website to purchase tickets. When I clicked on my preferred city (Cincinnati) the link took me to a different city. It was not until I purchased tickets for a different day and location (Columbus) that I realized the error. AXS states that all ticket sales are final. I cannot make taking my 6-year-old and 11-year-old to a different city on a Tuesday. I needed it to be a Saturday concert. Now I am out of funds to take them to the concert and have disappointed children.

Duped out of a sweatshirt

I ordered a small sweatshirt for my daughter but they sent me a medium. I reached out and after the second email they responded. They said I had to send back the wrong one using a shipping label that they provided. They indicated that as soon as the carrier scanned the package that they would send out the correct size along with tracking information. Well I am embarrassed to say that I fell for this and now I have no sweatshirt and zero correspondence from the company despite multiple emails requesting as such. I cannot find a phone number listed either. Very frustrating

Just don’t

Just don’t. I think they have Freya Skye coming in from tours on her spare time to make the merch by hand and then she has to go to the post office and buy stamps, got to the store and buy boxes, tape and the such, and them ship the merchandise herself whenever she gets a chance. I ordered a single hoodie so long ago I almost forgot I ordered it. Still haven’t even shipped it. This can’t be a real business because if it is they should be shut down.

how frustrating

hi,

I bought a sweatshirt during christmas as a gift for my grandaughter It was lost by usps

I would like to purchase another one but i would like the company to use UPS instead of USPS.

So far, I sent a t total of 10 requesting emails to the customer service at the emails they provided . The response is autogenerated No one from customer service cares to respond..There is no phone number listed

This is very frustrating and I never experienced this kind of lack of professionalism from a an US company

Worst company of all time.

Worst company of all time.

I ordered a sweater online for my daughter. There was no size chart or sizing guidance on the product page, so we had no way to determine proper fit. The sweater arrived too small.

I contacted the company four times by email requesting an exchange for a larger size (not a return). They responded once, after my second email, stating they do not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged. After that, they completely stopped responding.

There is no phone number or any other way to contact them—email is the only option, and they do not reply.

We are now out $75, and my daughter is left with a sweater she was so excited about but cannot wear. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

If you want it toned down slightly for platforms that remove aggressive wording, I can provide a softer alternate version as well.

Until the 8th dec and nothing after, have raised dispute with bank and been refunded money such a shame daughter was so excited to get her stuff for Christmas,why would you want to scam kids at Christmas !!!!

This website on Dec 2 still have not received them and no customer service it’s very very bad on the artist that this site is scamming and upsetting young children she will loose a fan base she is trying to create

Never got our items, no customer service

We bought 3 items from freyaskye.com on Dec 14 for almos $200. Never got a tracking number, but our credit card was charged.

We contacted them three times since Dec 23. Twice we got an automated email back promising somebody will look into it. Third time got no reply.

I do not understand how freyaskye.com might be a legit website and their online store is not.

Just terrible……

Pre ordered a Vinyl for a Christmas gift for my daughter on October 2nd 2025 on November 20th I got an email saying it was on the way. It’s now December 31st still have not received the item nor even a response to my 3 emails except one which is most likely auto generated(none of them was an actual response to my questions). After talking with the post office it seems to be they never received the item all that was done was creating a shipping label.

Ordered December 15th

Ordered December 15th, and even paid extra for 2 day shipping. It is December 30th and still no merchandise and no replies to the dozen emails that I have sent demanding a response!

Did not send the full order

I ordered 2 hoodies and only received 1 on Dec. 23rd. I thought the other would come the next day. It did not. I had to explain to my granddaughter that it must be coming. We the post office said since there is only one tracking number for the order, both of the hoodies should have come in the package. I tried to contact them with no response. I will report them to BBB.

4 weeks no sign of order and zero customer service

Items ordered in November took 4 weeks to ship now won’t be here in time for Christmas no response to 10 emails asking for an update and to see if I could add a silent treatment T-shirt to my order as it hadn’t shipped yet so ended up placing a second order with another £20 delivery charge. So that’s £40 postage and no items for Christmas.

I bought over £100 of Merchandise…

I bought over £100 of merch for my 13 year old daughter on the 29th of November. It said it would arrive in 3 weeks so I had just enough time. I checked the shipping last week and it said it hadn’t been sent and was still in America. On the 15th I emailed them and got no response but a shipping label was created. On the Thursday, following no response and no movement of the parcel I emailed again. As well as the customer services email address I found another email for a Lisa so I emailed her as well. There was no response so I then followed that up with an email to Alex Saizon, who is a senior member of the Elevate team. Obviously there was no response. I’m so disappointed with all of it. The lack of response is my main issue. If they had let me know sooner I could have sorted something else out but now I’m not sure what to do. Such a rubbish set up that really let down Freya Skye and the brand. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusting customer service…

Absolutely disgusting customer service I ordered 2 items and paid extra for delivery, I’m still waiting 3 weeks later and had a message to say could now be 29th or December, not 1 of my emails has been answered.
Avoid people absolute joke of a company

Do not buy merchandise online from this site …

Ordered some merchandise for Santa gifts for my ten year old daughter in mid November and despite several emails to their customer service, I received no reply. Yesterday they emailed all their customers to say that they underestimated how popular the artist was and were struggling to process items and they would advise once items had shipped.
It is now highly unlikely that my daughter will receive her Santa gifts, despite me ordering them a month ago.
Do not buy from this website.
