⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Support – Especially Tom!
I cannot thank Fresh Start UK enough for the outstanding support they have given me during one of the most challenging times of my life.
I was facing a financial crisis with debts totalling £10,386, and I felt completely overwhelmed. From the very beginning, the team made me feel comfortable, listened without judgement, and explained everything clearly.
I would especially like to thank Tom, who went above and beyond to support me throughout the entire process. He was patient, understanding, professional, and always took the time to answer my questions and reassure me. His kindness and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier to deal with.
Thanks to Fresh Start UK, I now have a debt management plan in place where I’ll pay just £253 per month over the next 4 years and 5 months, with the option to pay it off sooner if my circumstances improve. Knowing I have an affordable plan in place has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and given me real hope for the future.
If you’re struggling with debt and don’t know where to turn, I wholeheartedly recommend Fresh Start UK. They have changed my outlook completely, and I am so grateful—especially to Tom—for helping me regain control of my finances.

I contacted fresh start to ask if I would qualify for help in reducing my Debt. I spoke with John first an he explained to me what he might be able to do for me.I answered a few quick Questions letting him know how much my Debt was and the companies I owed. John understood my financial situation. He was able to set me up with an affordable monthly payment plan. No upfront hidden fees. I also spoke to Ed who talked me through how things worked.
