Shocking meal !
Went for lunch today at the Whittington Arms in Lichfield and both our meals were extremely poor. My wife’s pizza was cremated and in complete contrast my cod was undercooked. We were attacked by the numerous flies in the restaurant throughout the meal.

I was looking for meal prep and saw one of the adverts on Facebook. All the local ones near me were easily £50+ for two people or didn’t have enough variety for vegetarians, so I took a chance. Delivery came the Sunday, well packaged, with ice packs and well labelled, including cooking instructions and macros. The food tastes amazing as isn’t just rice or pasta. I am so happy with it, I’m now going to be a regular customer. Would definitely recommend!

I 100% would recommend anyone ordering from Fresh for their meal preps. They offer plans for so many peoples needs.

I train at least 5 times a week, I'm trying to cut a little weight but make sure that I've still got lots of energy and not hungry so the protein meal packs have been fantastic for me.

The meals are so nice, nothing what I've ever seen on meal preps before. They are different everyday and it's so good that you get split deliveries so that your food is fresh for your 5 day plans.

It's been that nice, I've even got my parents hooked onto them too :)

Fresh the meal prep co , are an amazing meal prep who have helped me massively during the build up to my amateur boxing competition keeping me fuelled and on weight taking the stress out of dieting. The variety and taste are great to !

I am on my first 3 weeks on fresh the meal prep co. Just going into my 4th week.
My scale loss has been 6lbs
Calorie counting (deficit) along with swimming is working where before I was just winging it and not seeing any loss.
So glad I stumbled on this company as I don’t have the time to prep for myself and it’s 💯 helped me stop overeating. And I am never feel like I am on a diet.
I feel so much better in myself and people have started to notice the difference too.
Bonus the meals are super tasty

What an opening right? Well It's genuinely changed my life, my eating habits and my overall health. It's been roughly 3 weeks that I've been using this service and I can arleady see a BIG difference in my health.

I was out doing research on google looking for a meal prep delivery company and it seemed impossible. Mainly because I'm vegetarian and all the other services etiher had limited options or were exceptionally expensive. Fresh Melaprepco is not only really affordable but freshly made and tastes really good. I can't really prep food for myself (as I can't cook) and I know thats an excuse but making an investment into my health was one of the best choices.

Lets not mention that fact that they literally count your calories for you, it's no longer this tedious task. It's super easy! I just log my calories and I'm done, also the food is so balanced with proteins, carbs and fats and you also get some yummy treats so you don't sarcifice or restrict yourself.

My first delivery had a tiny hiccup, so I emailed Matt (CEO) and he was so authentic and helpful....No other CEO would have done that, this is where the brands value really struck out to me and I'm so happy I'm purchasing from a company that has a passion and is genuinely trying to make a difference in peoples lives.

If you're thinking about purchasing a plan - trust me, you won't regret it! This is the like breakfast,lunch, dinner and snacks (1800 calories) for cheaper than £10 a day. It's a no brainer!

I'm a 39 year old, Mother of 3, working full time in a very sedentary role who therefore loves the convenience of a take out but unfortunately all those take outs and meals out on a weekend with the family have caught up with my waist line not to mention my health! With this in mind, I ordered Fresh the Meal Preps 1800 calorie meal pack, & have eaten 4/5 days worth so far which consists of 1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner & 2 sweet treats per day which I combined with a little walking and a gym class (couldn't go to the gym for a few days after due to doms setting in) but thanks to Fresh the meal prep for aiding the nutrition side of my weightloss journey, in my 1st week I have lost 4 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips & 5lbs in weight. The meals are absolutely gorgeous (and this is coming from somebody who is extremely picky) and I'm never hungry! Now I'm only seeing the lbs going down not £s as the meal plans are extremely good value for money.

Ordered my first 1200 calorie 5 day menu and have been so impressed with the food quality. It’s exactly what I have been looking for to help with a calorie controlled diet. Would strongly recommend.

I hate the adult problem of having to choose what to eat every night for the rest of my life. Then having to cook it... then doing all 300 dishes, after a day of existing/working. Then to organise and prepare for the next day.

Love the meals! Only been doing them for a week and I’ve already recommended them to everyone! I feel better in myself already & the meals are soo tasty! They save so much time if you don’t always have time to cook & they taste amazing for being healthy! If there’s something you don’t like they can swap no problem! Best tasting meal prep I’ve tried! Wow Wow Wow !!! As someone who really struggled with their weight I have literally tried everything !!! Slimming world , weight watchers but I always found I was still soooo hungry anyways after a conversation with my friends they told me to try FRESH as they had just had a trial pack and they loved it ! For a few reasons the main ones being : convenance, how tasty each meal was and obviously the fact it was so well calorie controlled ,, so I ordered a trial and before i knew it I was ordering the next two weeks 7 days meals. I have never had a meal I did not like and knowing I have deliveries on the way it really sets my week up well and Each meal is so filling !! I lost 6 pounds in my first two weeks without even an ounce of exercise 😁😁. The meals really set me up for success for the weeks ahead & it doesn’t just stop with the meal prep they have an online Facebook platform for members like me so we can discuss how our weeks gone and we are provided with professional advice for free !!!

So I've been on this prep for 6 months now and I haven't got bored yet. I'm also 16lbs lighter since I've started. The convenience is what wins for me. I really can't be bothered with supermarkets these days. Queues, parking, fuel cost etc. Every week new gorgeous stuff is added. I personally couldn't be happier with the quality and service of this company.

The meals are really delicious, and such a nice variety.

Been having these meals for the last 4 weeks, they are tasty and filling and so far I have lost 11.5lbs! I get two deliveries per week, Sundays and Wednesdays. Notifications on deliveries are spot on, you get enough notice on your delivery slot and the driver is always very pleasant. For the money you pay it's an absolute bargain, and it takes away all the hassle of deciding what to buy, prepping meals plans and cooking! Best diet plan I've ever been on (and I've been on a few!) Would definitely recommend!
