Fast and uncomplicated delivery

Fast and uncomplicated delivery. Unfortunately, some sizes did not fit and some products did not appeal. I was able to send the products back without any problems. I received the reimbursement within 2 weeks.

Cancelled my order without telling me and kept my money for over a month; rude customer service

Absolutely disgraceful. After placing an order, almost a month later I had still not received any communication or shipping updates despite having paid. Consequently I messaged customer services (which is on WhatsApp) asking for an update on my purchase. The response I received was shameful. They claimed a system error had caused my order to be cancelled, at which point I asked if that would be rectified and my order sent. They simply replied "Sorry but no. I've refunded you the money. Your order is cancelled."

This was on Christmas Eve after patiently waiting for an update, understanding that there might be shipping delays due to Covid etc. But the fact is, they would have kept my money and never refunded me whilst not even telling me it had been cancelled unless I messaged them. Even then they responded rudely.

Only after complaining did they offer a discount of €10, which considering my order originally used a 30% discount code, was again shocking service.

No communication. No updates. No notification of cancelled order. Rude customer service. Scam keeping my money a month after order had been internally cancelled.

Avoid this company and buy elsewhere.

Never again

Had problems receiving all of my articles. After over a month everything had arrived in multiple packages. I had contacted the customer service over email and WhatsApp with no answer whatsoever. Return was a terrible too since they didn’t register my return with Klarna. After reaching out a lot of times they finally did. The one product I kept is the worst quality I have ever experienced basically looks like trash after wearing it once. Never again !!
Very disappointed in their products and service.

I wish I can give 0 stars!! Place is a scam. Spend hundreds on merchandise to wear for summer and after 3 months, my order is still nowhere to be found. Tried to reach out to customer service by email and social media and got no help.

What a scam. Hate this website!

Freshliars instead of Freshlions

Freshliars instead of Freshlions. They are ignorant, irresponsible, full of lies and impolite. It takes forever to receive the parcel. No one really follow up if there is something wrong with your order. I’m still waiting for my parcel it’s been two months. Trying to ask for a refund but they literally ignored me. Is there anyone I can report to in Germany about consumer rights?

Overpriced for terrible quality

The quality is terrible, after only two weeks my items had holes in them and the seams fell apart. Completely over priced and they don’t give full refunds, they only offered a voucher which covered just half the cost of the items and no refund on the shipping which was expensive too. Overall it’s a waste of money and very expensive for the poor quality.
