We ordered flowers for my boss…

We ordered flowers for my boss daughter. We paid for delivery between 8.00 am-15.00pm. Guess what , no flowers delivered. No proper phone contact to call. The land line is not active. Whats up number is only for texting. The calls are ignored. Wats up contact does not bother to say hello when finally replied stating the driver will come at 15.45 pm. Shameful attitude. Disrespectull behaviour.
I requested the delivery refund as the service was not competed in time. We chose time specifically paying extra. The company blocked my number.
Think twice before dealing with them.
PS. I emailed them and received a reply that my manner is not appropriate. Because `I used the word MUST. Oh Gosh I completely forgot we leave in Z generation time . When I requested to provide service for what I paid it was considered to be rude and personal offence. Next time I will ask : Do you mind to deliver the flowers I paid for in time? If not take your time and relax.
