This website is a scam.

You sign up to a gift card that is nothing to do with perfume, they then use your bank details to take regular payments for a perfume subscription scheme.

I had no knowledge of this scheme until I saw the payments come out of my account.

Following lots of emails and threats to contact my bank regarding fraudulent access, they finally gave me a full refund. Which is funny as they told me many many times that a refund wasn't possible.

UPDATE: I've now had about 7 emails saying they can't issue refund until I delete this review!! I've asked them never to contact me again and I've since recieved another 4 emails asking me to delete this review.

They are scammers. I purchased what was advertised on Facebook as a €9.99 tool offer supposedly from Leroy Merlin. Instead, I ended up unknowingly enrolled in a subscription and faced unauthorized charges of €36.97 on my card from this website.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they tried to pressure me into leaving a positive review in exchange for getting my money back, so they can continue deceiving more people.

My experience with you was excellent the explanation was clear thank you very much for the verification. I’m very happy to tell you this.

Filled in what I thought was a costa coffee survey. Offering a free Costa flask if you filled in the survey and just paid £1.76 postage( i know i shouldve known better). Only to find it was a scam run by this company. They sign you up using your details including bank card( which you put in for the postage).
Then you get an email from them thanking you for registering. I contacted them and told them i didn't register and to cancel any payments( the £1:76) and close my account. They told me my account was cancelled and no payments would be taken. Only for them to try and take £62 out the next day. Luckily my bank thought it was fraud and didn't pay it. 20 minutes on the phone and a new debit card later its all sorted. Apart from the £1.76 they took. Stay we clear.

This company somehow managed to authorise £1.76 from my credit card account - then nearly 3 weeks later debited my account with £45.79 for a bogus subscription. I contacted them via their 'chat' and when I explained and asked for a refund they stopped communicating. Luckily the bank has put a 'stop' on future transaction. How did they get the original tiny authorisation - a figure you could easily miss!
