I am just in pure shock. I joined here last week. I deposited 3 xs deposits lasting minutes each tho I wasn't too fussed & thought the games would heat up a bit the nore i played. (Which they never did pure garbage). so i headed to live chat to enquire about a welcome bonus. Live chat was dormant. It took me one week to finally get someone enter the chat. Tonight Max entered the chat. I wrote out my querie & each time I'd write it out max would close the chat on me! I kept going back & starting the chat up again as I'd just spent £80 tonight £30 days ago that's £110 in a few days.. I continued reopening the chat then max finally bothered to write something basically stating he can only deal with deposits I told him I was contacting regarding deposit bonuses. He again closed the chat on me. I opened it up again informing him I had screenshotted everything tonight and that his attitude was awful. He told me that he'd done everything he could to guide me & that if i continued messaging he would block me as i was apamming!! 😳 oh my god I am in shock!! I was a brand new customer I would of played all night but MAX learned me that this site & it's staff are SHADY. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Screenshots will be emailed to relevant people.
