Plenty of bubbles in the campaigns, none in Accounts Payable

I worked with the communications and advertising team at Frerejean Frères for a full month, delivering all agreed work on time and to spec. While their campaigns were full of sparkle, communication regarding payment has been notably absent. Despite multiple follow-ups to several contacts, including direct outreach to Frerejean Frères, payment remains outstanding. To date, I’ve received no updates or responses. This lack of engagement has been disappointing and inconsistent with the level of professionalism I would expect from a brand that positions itself on refinement and quality.
