Delighted with the motion sensor from FP. It has provided a simple and effective solution for ensuring my Dad's safety at home. His live-in carer can activate the sensor at night, and if it is triggered then her pager sounds, so that she knows if/when he goes downstairs,and can go to assist him and then help him back to bed. Real peace of mind for us, and an extra level of care and protection for my Dad, as his Alzheimer's progresses. He will never wander off at night or get lost outside, because the carer will be downstairs before he even reaches a door, let alone opens it and goes out! We use the new 'delay' mode which is easy to operate, and have the unit wall-mounted. Thoroughly recommend this sensor. Excellent value in every way.

So far, so good! We brought this for our daughter to have in her bag now she is walking to and from school alone. It's perfect for our needs and we are all so happy she can get got of us in an emergency and we can call her.
We can track arrival to and from school and remotely turn ut on and off to save battery life/ data use.
The icing on the cake is it is pay as you go so we do not need to sign up to a contract. Really ideal for what we need! Easy to use and the app works really well.

Technically it was an excellent piece of equipment BUT for the elderly weak and frail ,the pressure required to operate the call button was too much.I realise you manufacture a caller alarm which does not require so much pressure on the call button but to this pensioner the price was far too much-a pity.

We had ordered the wrong call buttons (mono). I spoke to a young gentleman who sent us 2 x stereo call buttons to try and they are excellent just waiting on the other 3 as I ordered 5 in total. I sent the mono call buttons back recorded delivery.

I needed help to understand if a product did what I wanted it to do - I found the service very helpful and lacing the order and receiving the product were both very efficient.

My recent order was for a pressure mat to replace one that had been damaged by misuse (folded over under the heavy cover mat and then rolled over by a heavy chair, creasing the sensor mat). I also have a motion detector and door alarms that trigger similar pagers. These products are good and effective at alerting me to my elderly (dementia patient) relative's movements. They are reliable, and I would recommend them.

Yes it is more expensive than some others on line: but I have confidence this call button and pager will work, day in day out , for small things and in an emergency. That peace of mind is worth the extra. And I know I can add to the system if we need to. Excellent service

All worked fine, but the battery only lasted a day at best and mother found it hard to keep charged, however, Frequency Precision honoured the refund pledge. Thank you

Item arrived extremely quickly. Simple to set up and operate.

I bought a personal alarm for my Mum who had just had a fall and I wanted a device that would be easy to use and also allow me to talk to her immediately whenever she needed. I chose the one button emergency phone with tracker. it arrived quickly and they set it up for me with the sim card and emergency numbers and other settings which made it hassle free, especially for someone who is not very technical. I would certainly recommend Frequency Precision both for their range of products and their excellent customer care.

Chose this because it is a simple yet very effective call system. This has given me freedom as the main carer to my disabled mum to be anywhere in the house or garden, knowing that if she needs me I will know immediately.

Kept well- informed from moment placed order. Company as good as word in that things happened as/when promised. Arrangements, which were made re a safe place for delivery, carried out meticulously. Very impressed with service
