Excellent service!!!! We booked a coach for 50 people last minute and both the person who helped us on the phone and the driver were exceptional!!! Thank you so much!

We used French Driver for an important corporate event. We had to navigate many people arriving and leaving at various times of day and night over two days. The team were amazing. Plans changed quickly and they adapted and helped with professionalism and compassion. Everyone said how engaged the drivers were. Highly recommended

I want to start my review honestly and give an account of my full experience. When I found French Driver by google search I was happy because they had the best rates but I was also a bit skeptical, especially with the WhatsApp communication; I wasn’t sure if it was a reputable company or not; yet I booked a coach bus to transport all of my wedding guests from Paris to Saumur. As the date of the trip approached, I messaged to check in on details like my drivers name, the exact pickup spot etc. the details were given to me and I had to just trust the company based on previous reviews.

Very gratefully on the day of the trip I called the WhatsApp number and together we found where the bus was parked exactly- very close to where they said the pickup spot would be and my guest, all the luggage etc were able to board the bus and off we went to the wedding venue.

We had a rest stop for the restroom, and the driver was so kind- we had a diverse group of wedding guests on the bus so we were able to communicate with the driver in his native language, but I would recommend being comfortable with translation app or google translate in case you don’t speak the language. In our case it was Romanian. The drive itself was very smooth, and we arrived at the venue (give yourself extra travel time if you are booking a bus bc it simply can not drive as fast..so we did arrive later than I imagined but that’s to be expected especially with the bathroom break we requested.)

To wrap up this review I would just say, if you think it’s a little sketchy to like book an expensive service, you don’t totally trust it bc you aren’t familiar with it etc..you will not be going wrong by choosing French Driver. They are a really great company and ensure the trip goes very very smoothly. I would 100% recommend booking with them.

Lastly, I will add (which really boosted my opinion of the company) was that I had one guest who was driving to the venue and back by herself, and ended up getting a flat tire, missing her flight, rental car company didn’t answer (I mean a real disaster morning) but I contacted French Driver and they contacted the driver to make a stop at where my friend was stranded and we were able to grab her on the way back to the city so she wasn’t just stuck in a random French town.

Thank you French Driver for ensuring my guests safely arrived, that my new husband and I could have an amazing celebration, and living up to the company standards you claim. Expectations were more than met.

BEWARE!!!! Never use this company in your life! We were quoted a bus with wifi and A/C for a trip from Paris to Chambord and then back.
It was the middle of summer and they gave us a bus with ZERO A/C and there was no wifi. We had a pregnant woman, diabetic person, and senior citizens on board. They promised us the A/C would work once we were on the highway so we agreed to depart. Instead the A/C never turned on and we were forced to stop just to get air and water. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and was not useable. The air filters were also disgusting. To make things even worse, about an hour away from the destination, the "engine failure" light came on and there was a message to stop the bus immediately. The driver decided to keep going instead of stopping or requesting a new bus. The driver was unable to communicate in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, or Portuguese. It was the bus from hell!!!

On the way back, there was once again no wifi and a barely functioning AC.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE A MISERABLE TIME.

At very short notice (9pm for a 3am departure) the team organised and delivered a full executive coach to take our party of 27 from Paris central to Brussels airport.

Giovanni provided wonderful service to and from the airport and to and from Champagne.

I knew about French Driver via online search, I made the enquiry when I was at my home country, I received up call back there followed by WhatsApp messages for offering on the drive I want.
I liked there follow up and the tailored service they were able to provide.
At the day of the drive from Chamonix to Strasbourg with my family, the driver arrived before time at the exact location, clean car in a very good condition and a cooperative drive.
