Shameful service
Ordered face creams paying €104 n 14/1. Wrong items turned up and after contacting them twice by email to return for a refund -NO response. I then received an email asking if I still wanted to return 5/2. Sitting here again a week later 12/2 and still NO prepaid label sent. Do not order unless you can afford to loose money!!!!
Thus COMPANY NOT to be trusted. Absolute shameful business

Shipping costs are outrageous
The product was as expected, but the shipping costs in my opinion were completely out of line. You should focus on trying to lower shipping costs.

I would rate The French Corner Store at…Good except for DPD shipping
I would rate The French Corner Store at 10 based on your quality product, but your choice of shipping companies gets a rating of -1! Your choice of DPD was very bad. They did not deliver your product to my residence instead they dropped it off at a location more than 6km from my house. As I don't own a car it was an extreme inconvenience to me. I will never order from your company again unless you can guarantee me that you will not ship it via DPD.
